The experience was amazing. I loved it so much. However, it was the miscommunication with the meet up spot. The text message from Cool Destinations said one thing and the host said another which caused major confusion. I think Cool Destinations should just rely on the host to send out the meet up spot. I recommend not putting it in confirmation email and then texting to the attendees. Just let the host text. But Carmen was amazing. I highly recommend the experience.

Fantastic experience! Carmen is bubbly, knowledgeable, and provides an exceptional experience cooking crab and sampling the fruits in season. A must do if visiting St. Croix!

We were welcomed from the time we pulled in her driveway to her lovely two story yellow home. We immediately were offered a delicious guava drink followed by choosing our meal of different sized crab. Catching those little boogers was fun. Many steps to cleaning preparing them all while getting information about crabs, the island and the island food. Carmen is charming and we had a wonderful time. I would say it's a don't miss when you come to St Croix.

Carmen was a long lost friend,. Not really but made you feel that way. There were only 2 of us so we got a personal experience. Great food, drinks and company!!

The tour gave me insights into Christiansted that I did not previously have. Our guide, LD, had a wealth of historic knowledge of St Croix in general and Christiansted in particular, and had a very lively and engaging way of sharing that knowledge.

Our host Q made this so much fun. She made us laugh the whole night while we learned to make delicious cocktails. The pates were a delicious snack!

This is a must do when you're on the island. Carmen is knowledgable, warm and welcoming. The experience location is beautiful and the crabs are excellent.

This was absolutely amazing! Me and my 2 girlscouts had the best time! Carmen was genuine, helpful, knowledgeable and fun. The food was delicious! Also bought all of her different juices and brought them home. 10 out of 10 stars and would do again. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!!

We had the most enjoyable time with Carmen and her crew. An experience like no other on island. From beginning to end Carmen was welcoming, very professional, engaging and very knowledgeable about true Crucian culture. We felt like we were in a family gathering having the most amazing time. The music, environment, and atmosphere was pure vibes. My favorite part of this experience was ALL of it. 🤗 My recommendation to anyone visiting St. Croix is to book with Carmen and then head to the Beach. 😁

We made drinks with Q - she was fantastic…she did a great job of safely helping us taste the island! We had phenomenal drinks (and some bonus tastings of rum). Q tirelessly answered our many questions on topics ranging from the drinks we were making (all very tasty), to the history of St. Croix!Fantastic experience - 10/10 would recommend.

The C'sted Sip & Savor Mixology Class with VI Food Tours is a must do while visiting St. Croix. Learning how to create island favorite cocktails that I can recreate at home was my favorite part of this experience. The mixologist was very interactive and hands on and have no fear if you fall behind they will help you catch up. My second favorite part was by the second drink my sense of hearing got even clearer due to the magical power that comes with drinking delicious rum (haha). We even learned how to create a delicious drink using fermented breadfruit! I highly recommend this experience if you are looking for a creative date night idea, girls night, special occasion, visiting St. Croix, or just looking for a good reason to drink rum for fun.

Hands on crab experience. Great back yard! Carmen and Glen were great!. Learned a lot about St Croix and the harvesting of crabs!
