Eva was very fun, multi lingual and has a great sense of humor. Broke down the dance moves to make it easy.

We went into this experience knowing we could not dance, but we still had a great time. Our instructor was very patient with us. The best part was we could better understand some of the dance steps we saw when we went to see a show that night. If you don't take yourself to seriously, you can have fun with this experience.

We had an amazing experience with Maria. We got to see a part of Sevilla off of the tourist track. The class was excellent! It was perfect to do before we went to a flamenco show at the museum. We learned history, culture, some moves, and how the artists work together to create the experience for thr audience and for themselves. We loved Maria's stories that helped us learn about the dance. We highly recommend this experience!

Teacher - Elisabeth Luna, met us promptly on the Plaza Pelicano. There were 5 people in the class - four of us traveling together and a 5th person. Elisabeth, who was assisted by another dancer, made all feel welcome. We walked a very short distance to a small dance studio. Elisabeth gave a very brief intro to Flamenco - the “philosophy” or “world-view” of flamenco. She then taught the class to perform a short dance - she is an excellent teacher. She broke it down so all of us (only one of whom had any previous dance training) could perform a basic step, basic hand, body and head movements, and then put it all together. Through it all she was kind and patient with our clumsy attempts. It was one of the favorite experiences of our trip, and really helped us to appreciate the flamenco show we went to that night. Que Bueno!

This was a fabulous experience that I will never forget and I would recommend it to anyone, whether you are completely new to flamenco or more experienced. Maria was the perfect host, knowledgeable, kind and very engaging with a passion for flamenco and a great sense of fun. The class was really enjoyable and it helped me to appreciate the flamenco performance more as it gave me a better understanding of the basics of flamenco and it was a great introduction to Seville. It was made even better by the little tour of Triana and learning about the history of the area and flamenco. The performance, in an intimate, welcoming setting with Maria dancing, Mercedes singing and Jordi playing guitar was fantastic. It was a privilege to be in the lovely family atmosphere in the bar (and the tortilla Maria ordered for me was very tasty!) The evening finished with tapas in a fabulous bar. I am so grateful to Maria and her colleagues for a wonderful experience. It was very good value for money and I would definately recommend it.

This was the highlight of my holiday and it was a fabulous privilege to have Maria and all the others involved share their passion for flamenco and be so friendly, kind and generous. If you're interested in flamenco, I would highly recommended this experience. Maria, who was the host for this wonderful experience, lives and breathes flamenco and it was a privilege to be able to spend time with her. Her knowledge and passion about flamenco was fantastic and the whole experience was amazing. The dance class was top quality and great fun and Maria was a fabulous teacher - very patient! I really enjoyed finding out about Triana and it's role in flamenco and the flamenco performance, with Maria dancing, Mercedes singing and Jordi playing guitar was full of the spirit of Flamenco and of top quality. There were so many lovely touches to this experience, for example the tasty tapas, the lovely staff in the bar and the recommendations for where to experience different kinds of Flamenco. All of these little touches made this an experience that surpassed my expectations. It was the highlight of my holiday and a great way to start my week exploring Seville and enjoying my introduction to flamenco. Brilliant for beginners. The Flamenco dance teacher was lovely. She spoke very good English. I have wanted to learn some Flamenco dances for a while now. It was a great opportunity.

Eliza is a professional Flamenco dancer and teacher, she was excellent and also knew my own Flamenco teacher in Adelaide Australia. Highly skilled and I booked her for a private lesson the next day !

This was a good dance lesson that adapted to the level of my family members. In particular, she was very encouraging as my husband struggled to remember the moves. It is important to recognize this is a dance lesson and does not provide any background / information about the history of flamenco.

Very funny, all in Spanish, we didn't understand everything with words but through the movements performed. Also got the floral hairpins as a gift. For girls trip definitely recommended!!

This was such a fun lesson! You are offered a drink upon arrival which is great since we were nervous! We learned a short flamenco routine and it was a great introduction into the dance style. Also, the paella was absolutely delicious!! Would absolutely recommend as a fun afternoon activity!

We visited for a traditional Flamenco dance class. We are a Team of women rugby players from the U.K. we are all of different shapes and sizes and although excited about our lesson some were nervous and apprehensive.... Eva quickly made us feel at ease and we all had fun choosing our traditional Flamenco skirts shawls and fabulous shoes. There was a large selection of styles and sizes to suit everyone. Our lesson started with warm up and intro to new people from other groups present for lesson. Eva was a wonderful teacher who not only taught us Technique but encouraged our enthusiasm and confidence. We were all really proud we managed to learn a whole routine in the time and had huge amounts of FUN. Eva helped us all feel empowered through the beauty of Dance. We would highly recommend a Flamenco lesson as part of your Authentic Spanish Experience. Ole!
