During our trip to Cantabria, we visited Pujadò Solano and I can say that it was one of the best experiences of the entire vacation. We visited the factory during processing, saw all the production phases up close, personally prepared four fillets, and learned how to make Gildas. The final tasting was excellent and allowed us to understand even better the quality of the product and all the work that goes into every fillet. A special thanks to the guide and the filleting instructor, both very knowledgeable, very kind, and very nice. All the staff also made us feel truly welcomed. We also met wonderful people with whom we shared the visit and the tasting.

A very pleasant visit thanks to Mrs. Sun, who initially described the activities of this establishment, explained who works there, always with her smile. She then shared behind-the-scenes stories and little anecdotes about that place, expressing all her passion for her work! Finally, a tasting of their products was offered, true delights for the palate!!! Thanks to Sun and all the staff!!!

The visit was very interesting in discovering an artisanal anchovy workshop. Unexpectedly, there was no smell of fish. The guide made us get dressed and listen to her explain for 20 minutes in a hot and noisy hallway. This was not pleasant. Instead, the visit to the workshops and the experience of cleaning an anchovy was rewarding, especially at the end with the tastings. Highly recommended

Just great!! They treated us wonderfully and taught us the whole process/production of the product. Sole, our Guide, a great "aunt" and Pili "the sobadora" a charm. We participated in the process of cleaning anchovies and then we were served a vermout with different tapas, unimaginable and exquisite (which I will not describe, because I would lose the surprise factor, hehe.) In short: Wishing to repeat.
