A thoroughly enjoyable day. After a bit of confusion at the start (two cruise ships in town disembarking at the same time), the tour rolled seamlessly throughout the rest of the day. Our guide, Abdul, was organized, courteous and full of information that he shared generously. He clearly saw the tour through the eyes of his guests, and it made a difference. Don’t miss the terrific seafood restaurant at St Martin!

Henry picked us up at NCL port. We spent the day touring St John with him. He was very knowledgeable about the city. One of our group uses a mobility scooter. He made sure the car selected for our day would be easiest for her to get in/out of the vehicle. He was so very kind to us the whole day. Henry was the best. And it’s much more enjoyable than a ship booked excursion because he will stop and let you take photos whenever you like. Kudos to you Henry! 👏

Our guide Derrick was fabulous! He was knowledgeable, accommodating to our schedule, and even took pictures of us at various points which he forwarded to us. The van was comfortable and would easily fit 5 people. The tour started with areas and history of St John which was very interesting. His explanation of the reversing tides was easily understood and fascinating. It is obvious that he cares about his clients and strives to provide the best service to them

Amir was a great tour guide and driver. He was very knowledgeable about St. John, offering lots of interesting details. He graciously accommodated our interests, stopping and starting to allow photo ops, and even returned to the reversing falls so we could see it in different tidal conditions. An excellent tour!

We very much enjoyed the two hour e-bike ride. The guide gave us a very thorough introduction and even took us to a practice ground before starting the tour of the city. The bikes and the guide were great. Nothing in particular to be seen but still a great way to explore the city and have fun with the bikes.

We had a fantastic time on our e-bike tour in St. John, New Brunswick during our brief cruise stop! With just four of us (plus David), the pace was perfect and he made the experience feel relaxed and personal. The instruction was thorough, and David was an incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and safety-focused guide. He made sure everyone was comfortable while still making the tour fun and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Best tour of Bay of Fundy, NB
Fantastic Bay of Fundy tour with Shore Tours, St John NB. We experienced a one of a kind tour with driver/tour guide, Steve. He was personable, informative, and hilarious! It wasn’t your typical boring tour. The tour was on a smaller bus. Steve made multiple stops to see many sights which we probably wouldn’t have had a chance to see had we been on a larger tour bus. Steve offered to take photos of our group, and gave us multiple opportunities to take pictures. We were able to see where the Bay of Fundy meets the St John River twice - once at the beginning of the tour and again at the end. We also stopped to see the Bay of Fundy at various points along the coastline. The tour included a stop for lunch, caves of St Martin, and drive through downtown St John. If you’re interested in seeing the Bay of Fundy, I highly recommend booking the Bay of Fundy tour with Shore Tours, and ask for driver, Steve.

Abdul and Mila created the perfect day for us! We enjoyed the rich history of Saint Johns and the natural beauty of the Bay of Fundy! Our lunch was the best fish and chips I have ever had and the ice cream at Octopus Ice Cream was outstanding!! Thank you for making our trip extra special! 5 stars!!!

We booked this tour directly at the cruise terminal, where the company offered both bus tours and private tours. After speaking with the owner, they immediately arranged a private tour for us on the spot. The tour lasted about 5–6 hours and was truly enjoyable. We visited many beautiful spots with several stops along the way. Our tour guide, Henry, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the trip. He even served us Canadian coffee and snacks on the way to Saint Martin, which was a nice touch. One great advantage of the private tour is that it can be customized to your preferences, which made the experience even more special. There were five of us traveling comfortably in a large van, and the entire experience was amazing. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a small-group or private tour experience.

A fantastic tour of St John & the Bay of Fundy
If we hadn't seen it with our own eyes I am sure we would not have believed seeing a river flowing in reverse. Our guide was Steve. Being local he knew exactly how to make the most of our time on this extensive tour around St John & the Bay of Fundy. He proudly showed us his photo album of him meeting Prince (now King) Charles whilst on a tour of Canada. Steve, with his long white beard and amazing costume also becomes Santa Claus over the Christmas period. Is there no end to this man's talent. Our tour started and finished at the Reversing Falls. Our first visit enabled us to see the impressive River St John flowing normally. Our second visit and grand finale of the tour was to see the vast Bay of Fundy tidal flow forcing the river to flow upstream. The tour took us around the sights of the bay, with numerous photo stops. One of the highlights was to enjoy a Lobster Roll and a Moosehead beer at the Caves Restaurant, finished of with a delicious ice cream from the appropriately named Octopus Ice cream shop. An enjoyable day, with many memories to take away with us. Thank you Steve.
