We did the Santa Claus Tour with a Husky and Reindeer Ride. Gaudy was an amazing tour guide. She was knowledgeable and ensured everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Santa Claus Village and Santa Park thanks to our kind guide Gaudy. We visited all important places and she was always available for our questions. The tour was very well organised in all means, especially of transport, food and time management.

That it’s better with gide for information history and experience there I wil recommend it for more things you can do because they know the way

We had a fantastic day at Santa’s village, all managed very well by our lovely guide Aneeq. We were collected from our holiday home and transported in comfort, we visited Santa, had photos taken at the artic circle crossing and at the signpost to home. Lunch was organised followed by free time to browse the shops when we were ready Aneeq sorted a taxi to take us back home. A great day thank you

This was our Santa's highlights over our weekend in lapland. The kids really enjoyed the experience.

They provide express pass to Santa which was the most valuable thing. We had videos amd photo and we spent quality time with Santa. The rest of the tour was pretty much on our own. The lunch was very bad. The food was not good but I guess anywhere around the touristic places you will get the same quality.

Gaudy is very informative and friendly guide. She helped us skip long queues, saving us a lot of time, very recommended her as your guide😁

I cannot praise the tour company enough. From start to finish this was the easiest process of booking and they were so good at keeping in contact and me well informed asking all relevant questions to make our experience as hassle free as possible.Leading is leading up to the event gaudy was in constant contact with me via phone and email. I am autistic and find booking these things very hard but she made this process so easy. I also informed her that my son is autistic six years old and she was very happy to make arrangements such as Q jumps to make our experience less stressful due to disability.On arrival at the pickup point, she was waiting with a beaming smile and such a positive energy. As I as I explained, my son is autistic and does not really like to interact with other adults and he definitely does not like to be touched by anybody but myself when guiding him through traffic car park, etc. Gaudy had such a great energy about her that he took to her straight away. I have never been able to take my son away and be able to take my eyes off him or even be able to enjoy any of it myself as I have to keep a constant eye on him however Gaudy was more than amazing at keeping him entertained and realising when I was getting overstimulated due to certain things such as loud noises, crowds.Although there is an itinerary to the day Gaudy was amazing at making sure that everything we needed happened at the times we needed it to even if it meant to change up the order. I could praise her constantly there was not one negative thing I could say about her. I wish every place I went to I could have staff members that were so loving and caring towards their customers the whole day if we ever separated she kept in constant contact and I felt very reassured and at ease. I was able to enjoy the day and having her guide us really made the world of difference. This has been the best holiday. Our visit to Santa’s village was our highlight and that is purely due to how amazing Gaudy is at her job.

I booked this trip half a year in advance, and about a month before departure, CS staff Ulla reached out to me via WhatsApp to confirm the itinerary. As this was my first time visiting Finland, I had many questions and could not find much information myself. Ulla patiently answered everything, provided clear guidance, and showed an exceptionally professional and caring attitude. Her support gave me great confidence before the trip and made me feel very well taken care of.However, during the tour there were some issues. When boarding the bus, we were not informed that no guide would accompany us, and many people from different groups boarded the wrong bus. At Santa Claus Village, the guide asked us to go to Husky Park on our own, but the driver did not take us there. Without knowing the itinerary clearly, it was easy to get separated from the guide because of the crowd.At Husky Park, each family should have their own sled, but we were arranged to share with another family. It took a long time to resolve, and the local staff seemed annoyed and refused to help us take photos. After Husky Park, the rest of the itinerary was smooth and very satisfying.It would be even better if we could have one more hour to queue at the post office and buy souvenirs.
