Top Playa del Carmen Bus Services

We had the best day. 10 of us were picked up promptly at 7:45 at our hotel. Our adventure was split between Tulum and swimming in a cenote. Our guide, Ulises, was the best. He was entertaining, charismatic, knowledgeable and most importantly FUN. He sang, educated, laughed and took care of each and everyone of us. He remembered each of our names and completely made the experience perfect! We would absolutely recommend him again!

Driver was friendly and accommodating. Had water and cocktails for the ride from the airport to Catalonia Royal Tulum,

Our guide Jhony was amazing! Very knowledgeable. He gave our family group of 12 lots of information regarding history and culture. He was patient with questions and kept a great pace. He’s a great driver. Lunch was delicious. Everyone had a great time from a 13 year old to the grandparents. Highly recommended.

Driver was there as expected. Very courteous. Would recommend him to anyone looking for safe and prompt service

Excellent service. The process from the booking to pick up and drop off was seamless. Would definitely use Cool Destinations again.

our guide Uri and our driver Carlos were really good. Company was excellent. Information was really good and pace was perfect. let’s not forget where Uri took us for lunch. it was really yummy. i highly recommend Uri as a guide Carey Tours Riviera Maya. we have another activity scheduled with them in a couple days. Can’t wait…. Thank you for the excellent day we had together.

Tantum Travel is the absolute best for transfers and for excursions!

Best Transfer company from Cancun to Tulum. The tours were an added bonus. Their staff is professional and maintain exceptionally clean vans. Staff is delightful and you will feel safe and ready to start your vacation

Good experience overall, responsive communication and friendly. Recommend using whatsapp to coordinate with them. Would recommend and will book with them in the future

Arrival: You find the guy with the white and green Riu polo shirt upon exiting the terminal and wait for whoever else they need to get. I believe they state you won’t wait more than 45 minutes. Then it’s an hour to the hotel which was smooth and comfy.Departure: They day before in the morning you ask the front desk about transfer and they direct you to where the representative is set up at the hotel. They take your name and tell you what time to meet and where. At the designated time they collect you and then pick up other passengers from the other RIU hotels nearby. Again the ride was smooth and comfortable. We got to the airport with 2.5-3 hours before our flight.

This private tour was just wonderful. Easy communication, comfortable pick up and ride. Very well organized! Our tour guide Jhony was amazing. Very knowledgeable, super helpful when I needed some help with the snorkeling and just an all around great guy! We visited the ruins early and the site is just breathtakingly beautiful. After that we walked along the beach to our boat. They took us out on the water get more shots of the Tulum archeological site from the boat and then we went snorkeling. We saw a stingray and sea turtles super close. Jhony also made sure we got some great photos and videos. After that we had awesome tacos in Tulum at a local restaurant. This tour is well worth the money!! Highly recommend!

We used Cool Destinations for roundtrip transportation to and from Cancun Airport to our resort in Riviera Maya. The drivers each way were prompt, if not early, friendly and informative. Both vehicles were clean and comfortable. We have used Cool Destinations around the world, always reliable.

I could not be on vacation in Playa del Carmen and not know the pyramids of Chichen Itza. The tour was very complete and the guide a genius. Thanks for everything

Welcomed home by our friends Javier (our fantastic friend and butler), Rodrigo(now in Sales), Carlos (wife and kids too), Bernice, and Adrian (Sales Mgr) and of course my Legendary Friend Yessica. The entire Sales Team had me laughing so much every time I went up there. They are truly a great group of people. All of Unico is running as a team now. Everyone works together and it really shows. Kudos to the management for making this happen. Everyone in the pools was talking about it as well. We can truly feel it. The opening of AVEC, the new French restaurant, was a huge surprise and we loved it. The manager Sergio is doing a great job there and the food was amazing. The lamb was my favorite and I don’t like lamb. A must try is the French Onion Soup, out of this world delicious. Perfection. Every dish was better than the first. All the desserts are so good, I had them all so I should know. Thank you to Sergio, Hostesses Angie and Ava. Thank you to waiters Christopher and Jesus for serving us wonderfully. The Cueva Siete Mexican restaurant ran by Monserrat and her Asst. Patricia was simply fantastic as well. Monserrat is a great manager and so happy for her. Chef Angela cooks from the heart and it shows in her amazing dishes. We asked the great waiter Rodimiro to bring our table surprise dishes. We were so busy talking, we had no to time to pick. Well from beginning to end the food was all so delicious. The infamous Chiles en Nogada for Independence Day was a real treat as well. We invited new friends to dine with us, and they were all so impressed by the whole experience as well. Mi Carisa, is our romantic Italian treat. We had our Wedding Anniversary dinner here and they went above and beyond for our special celebration. Even the big Jefe Carlos Chirino served us some of our dinner, we just love him so much. Everyone there made us feel special and the AMAZING Chef came out to say hello as well and the cake that was made for our celebration was AMAZING. The food at Unico 2087 is always wonderful and all the staff here are so welcoming and caring too. Always smiling. We had awesome waiters Sebastian and Alejandro . We took our favorite class at Unico, The Chocolate Making Class with our instructors Victor and Tania. It was such a treat, pun intended. How can making truffles and chocolate bars not be fun? They were awesome instructors and we had a great time. Well worth $20 each to attend this class and walk away with chocolate too, besides tasting it along the process. This is a must do class. Ask your local host or butler to sign you up for the class. Nothing like getting Spa and Salon Services here at Unico, and we needed it. We each had haircuts, massages, pedicures, manicures, leg massage, and my favorite Scalp massages. Karen the massage therapist really helped my husband with his sore back and legs since she is a physical therapist as well. Zuleyma has been doing all my Salon needs for 3 years, and now she went to school for massage Therapy as well. So proud of her. While here they were cleaning the Sargassum up every morning at 6am as best as they could. The excruciating heat this year made the pools hotter than normal, so many of us ended up in the Quiet Pool for the cooler water, until they closed it to redo the pool. It was needed and can’t wait to see it on our next trip. We met such wonderful people and are keeping in touch with some of them too. Made great memories, great new friends and really got to relax on this trip. Thank you so much Unico and we look forward to coming home again soon. Until then, we will miss all of you Also a big shout out to Monique in Sales who gave me a very special Birthday gift that I will treasure forever.

I loved meeting one of the 7 wonders of the world with my mom. The tour was very well organized and the group that played us very good. The guide was clear, attentive and conveyed many interesting facts of the place. I definitely recommend living this experience with Travel Agency, as you rating the seriousness and passion with which they work.
