Great set of spots and an incredibly entertaining and informative guide, Adrian Hazel! Got to see a bit of everything, get some great pics, and learn a ton of history! Had a great time!

Just had a fantastic day with our guide Ian. This tour packs in a lot. It started with a visit to the Cathedral tree and cultural experience in the tablelands area rainforest. It was so cool. Then we hit the road for 4 separate swimming experiences at 1 lake, 2 waterfalls and 1 creek. We stopped for lunch at Mungali falls. Lots of driving, moderate walking, tons of scenery whether driving through the mountains or walking in the various rainforest areas. We spent about 30-45 minutes at each spot.

You will get to swim in 4 beautiful and different locations, and have a healthy lunch at yet another. There's a natural slide at one waterfall that's great fun. You'll also get a really intetesting talk with an Aboriginal guide and see the Cathedral tree. Even if you don't swim, you'll see gorgeous natural wonders.

Great experience! I really enjoyed the Walk. Bridgette was knowledgeable and friendly, and I learned so much about mushrooms. It was fun, relaxing, and well organized. Highly recommended for anyone interested in nature and fungi. 🍄😊

Amazing experience from start to finish, the staff were helpful and friendly they arranged a snorkeling guid in the island his name was Anzac he was amazing took time explaining everything and taking us to the best places to see turtles and other sealife

Fantastic day, looked after by our guide/driver Roger. He kept us supplied with lots of information (and awful jokes!) while journeying from Cairns. Saw some nice big crocs on the cruise, as well as a small young one. Lunch was simple - choice of burritos or bowls - but was very good and generous portions. The rainforest walk at Daintree was lovely - no cassowaries sadly, but plenty of peppermint stick insects! Mossman Gorge was beautiful and a few of our group braved swimming in the river. The beach at Cape Tribulation was simply stunning. Our group of 21 voted unanimously to stop for ice-cream (own expense) and we were glad we did as it was delicious. The tour was excellent value for money for a very full 11 hour day. Many thanks to Roger for making it such a great day.

I think this experience is the best you can ask for with only a single day's worth of time. Our guide, Luke, was so enthusiastic about each spot we visited, the wildlife, and the history. We had the chance to visit & swim at Mossman Gorge, take a crocodile spotting boat ride down the river, take a walk through a section of the Daintree Rainforest, and walk on the beach of Cape Tribulation. Each stop was very quick and a little hurried, but like I said that was expected with only a 1 day trip. The time in between was usually filled with Luke sharing some fun facts.My advice: If your schedule allows, try to stay in the Daintree overnight to get a more in depth look. Bring a rain jacket with you if rain is forecasted! Get the 4 flavor signature cup of ice cream at the Daintree Ice Cream stop. I didn't think I was going to like the flavors, but turns out it was the BEST ice cream I've had in my entire 1 month trip up the East coast of Australia. Bring a change of dry clothes if you plan to swim at Mossman (you should). The quick schedule won't allow you time to dry.

Our guide Dan 10/10 man made us very welcome. Bus very comfortable and safe . Very enjoyable day , plenty to see . Lunch average not what I would call a pub lunch but ok. Plenty of places to swim . The Aboriginal guide at the rainforest was informative and very interesting. Very pleasant day

Kelvin the guide and driver has been amazing! He picked us up dropped us off at each stop and offered great knowledge and chat the whole way. All topped off with a fantastic train journey at the end. Would highly recommend jumping on this tour.

5🌟 experience / tour. I highly recommend Lets Go Shroomin. Great tour showcasing some of Australia's amazing fungi. Bridgette is a wealth of knowledge of Australian fungi. We found some beautiful fungi and got to photograph and learn all about them. Date of experience: May 2025
