Bran castle has nothing to do with Vlad the impaler but still interesting if cheesy touristy. Had wonderful guide , Tiva, who showed us lots of stuff not on the itinerary. Despite being jet lagged and spending a total of 13 hours on this tour we had a great time and are glad we did it. Tiva deserves special thanks for unwavering optimism and fun

Tavi was fantastic! Punctual, polite, attentive and extremely knowledgeable about Romanian history. We felt safe and well looked after throughout our day visiting Peleș Castle, Bran Castle and Brașov. His car was clean and comfortable, and he made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We had an incredible jeep tour with Marius today! We were two families with young children, and Marius was fantastic from start to finish.He listened carefully to what we wanted and tailored the entire trip to our needs. Thanks to his experience and specially equipped off-road vehicles, we reached places we never would have discovered on our own. We drove along beautiful forest trails, tackled some seriously steep climbs and descents, and even experienced technical off-road driving that was far beyond anything we expected.It was challenging, exciting, and incredibly fun, while Marius made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire adventure.This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Romania. Highly recommended! If you’re looking for a genuine off-road adventure and want to discover places most tourists never get to see, go with Marius. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent service provided by Eddy and the tour has a deep coverage of Transylvanian culture and food. It is one of the most comfortable and memorable trips in the South East European area.

Hotel accommodation in the heart of the citadel was fantastic - amazing to wake up and move around before the crowds come. I thought two days would be enough but it’s not. We took a private tour to Transylvania with Eduard. He picked us up from our hotel and we started a beautiful journey to Transylvania! During the trip, he told us interesting things about the places we were visiting. Then we visited the castles and the beautiful city of Brașov! Everything was very well organized! Octavian was an excellent guide, and this Dealu Mare wine tour was one of the highlights of my trip. The experience was extremely positive. We visited the salt mines and the mud volcanoes, and thanks to our early arrival, we had plenty of time to enjoy everything at a relaxed pace. In both places, considering they were very touristy, we were lucky not to find too much confusion. The guide was attentive and genuinely interested in sharing detailed information, always happy to answer our questions. He was also very considerate of our needs and requirements, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

This was a really great experience and honestly one of those days we will remember for a long time. Everything started smoothly with the pick-up directly from our accommodation in Bucharest, which we really appreciated. It made the morning easy and relaxed, without having to worry about logistics.During the drive, our guide told us a lot about Bucharest and Romania in general, mixing history with small stories and curiosities. It never felt like a lesson, just a pleasant conversation that made the time pass quickly. We also stopped briefly for coffee and water, a small detail but very welcome.The first main stop was the Slănic salt mine. It is an impressive place and much bigger than we expected. As soon as you enter, you really feel the scale of it. Even if you visit just one salt mine in your life, this one is absolutely worth it. The atmosphere down there is quite unique and hard to describe.We then stopped for lunch at a very nice restaurant that had vegetarian options as well, which was important for us. It was a good break in the middle of the day and fit perfectly into the schedule.In the afternoon we reached the mud volcanoes, which were probably the most surprising part of the tour. The landscape feels almost unreal and very peaceful. We arrived at a great time of day, with beautiful light. As photographers, we really noticed this and spent some time taking photos. It was one of those moments where everything slows down and you can just enjoy being there.The drive back to Bucharest was calm and quiet. It was already dark and after such a full day it was nice to just relax while being driven back to our accommodation.Overall, the tour was well organized, well paced and thoughtfully planned. Interesting places, good explanations and a very smooth experience from start to finish. Definitely recommended! :)

We chose this tour to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary & we couldn’t have picked a better one. Everything from the accommodation & food through to the excursions & people we met was excellent! Our guide Bogdan was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He put us at ease right away with his friendly and relaxed demeanor. He is a very experienced tour guide and this shines through in his knowledge and professionalism. We would definitely want Bogdan as our guide if we ever come back to Romania. Whether it’s your first trip to Romania or your 10th if you’re not taking a tour with Bogdan you’re missing out!!

When I decided to book the tour I did not know very well the kind of tour that it would be. But it turn out to be one of the best I have ever done in my life. Bogdan (the tour guide) had a lot of patience and explained everything very well.It was a private tour (only me and him) and it was truly fantastic. He totally adapted to my preferences and my needs, staying more time if I wanted to.The hostel in Brasov was very good and the owners were very kind (excellent breakfast btw).To sum up, it was an excellent way to know Romania.
