Fabulous cooking class!!! Can’t recommend this enough! Tomás was great! Beautiful home, amazing food & even better views!

Fun experience with Tomaso, we learned to make 2 pastas , I was little disappointed as we did not make raviolis or the fact we didn’t make the sauce but that was momentarily. Tomaso made the experience enjoyable and the backdrop of scenery was stunning. Best views and delicious home cooked meal !

The pasta course with Simonetta was the highlight of our trip to Sardinia! Simonetta was great at teaching pasta making as well as adding to the story of her heritage. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great experience with a lovely host

Being First generation Italian American had me in tears when I first saw the location . So welcoming, beautiful, kind and amazing. The Hostess understood exactly how I was feeling . Sometimes your glad your parents moved for a better future but at the same time you are living a completely different life because of culture and adjustment. I know its one time visit (maybe) but to experience it with my daughter , who is just as much as Italian then I am . We loved it!! the food was delicious, the scenery gorgeous. The company fun and pictures "wow" !!! take my word for it " La Dolce Vita"

It was fun and delicious and we got to see a beautiful sunset. I think the pasta and tiramisu were very easy to cook with tomaso’s instructions.

We had the most amazing experience taking a cooking class with Maria! From start to finish, everything was absolutely wonderful. Maria was such a gracious, warm, and welcoming host and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived.The food was incredible—everything we made was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. The beautiful location made the experience even more special, and you could truly feel the authenticity and love that went into every detail.It was such a wonderful experience to share as a family and one that we will remember for a long time. Maria made the entire afternoon so enjoyable and memorable. We are so grateful for her hospitality and would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something truly special and authentic

Corina is a knowledgeable chef. She made everything easy and accessible.The best part of the class was learning to roll sardinian gnochetti and stuffing ravioli. We had a lovely time and the food was delicious. The only improvement would have been to also make the sauces and also make a sardinian dessert instead of tiramisu. But host and her husband Simone were perfect hosts-friendly, warm and fun! Highly recommended!

This was an amazing cooking class. It was such an authentic Italian experience. The owner Dino went above and beyond for me with my celiac condition. I was able to eat and enjoy the experience. The food was delicious, instruction impeccable and I will cherish the recipes and experience in my heart ❤️

The host was so welcoming and Accommodating but the site said a fish meal and there was no fish meal. Overall an excellent experience just not as advertised.

The pasta making and tiramisu class with Tomaso was amazing! From the delicious antipasti and wine to being welcomed into his beautiful family home, the whole experience felt so warm and authentic. We learned how to make gnocchi and other traditional pastas, and Tomaso was incredibly attentive, patient, and encouraging throughout, making sure we were learning everything correctly. The homemade pasta was delicious, and finishing with a traditional Sardinian liqueur was the perfect touch. Tomaso was such a welcoming and wonderful host. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable Italian cooking experience!

We had an amazing experience at Tomaso’s home. Our cooking class was as private as it gets, with just the two of us and Tomaso. He gave us such a warm welcome with coffee and some traditional snacks, including figs from his own garden.We made Tallutzas and gnocchetti sardi from scratch, which he served with tomato and sage sauces. In between courses, he spoiled us with wine and a delicious cheese and charcuterie board. Then he showed us how to make a traditional Italian tiramisu, which we happily gobbled up later on.Our lunch ended with Tomaso’s homemade limoncello. The view over the vineyards and olive groves was spectacular!All in all, we can highly recommend this experience - delicious food and a fabulous host!

Simonetta was the absolute best and the experience was out of this world. She welcomes you in and really gets to know you while teaching you ever lasting skills.

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of getting to experience Maria’s’ beautiful home, class, and charm all by ourselves. Maria is a gem. She was so welcoming and hospitable. Her home and her property is fascinating. We learned so much about the rich history and culture of Sardinia and its people from the inland. She was so willing to share and explain the history and her life story with us.She produces so much of her own ingredients which adds an element to the overall experience that we were definitely delighted by!We learned how to prepare a few Sardinian staple dishes that were absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend Maria enough. If you’re in the area, it’s a no brainer, but Maria is worth traveling to Olbia/Sardinia alone!

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, the atmosphere was warm, inviting and full of good energy. The hosts were not only incredibly kind but also truly knowledgeable and passionate about their cooking. All in all, I’d highly recommend this class to anyone who loves good food, great company and genuine hospitality!
