Top Monterey & Carmel Sailing Trips

Great trip. Crew was great especially the young lady marine biologists who narrated the trip. Captain put us on a large of Humpbacks in a few different locations. Highly recommend this trip.

The vip extra was worth it. Erin did a great job narrating. Enjoyed it completely!. We got to see quite a few whales.

Great 1 hour cruise on Monterey bay. Tonya was a great captain . Had a cold beer and enjoyed seeing the seals and otters! Would highly recommend

Was really fun! Host was really friendly and knew a lot about the area and animals! I definitely would recommend.

Nice boat. Fabulous captain. Great fun. We went all around the bay. Hoisting the sail was dramatic. We loved our sailing.

We had a great time with Capt. Vince. He was nice and gave some commentary and answered questions, but our group was pretty chill, and he let everyone enjoy their time. We had good sailing weather and he even took us inland we got to see a juvenile humpback whale, which is rare that close to land!

From start to finish, it was an amazing experience sailing around Monterey. Kevin makes sure everyone is comfortable and he is very down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and amazing! I highly recommend the experience of sailing with Captain Kevin!

It was an amazing experience. I would definitely book this again. We went in September 2026 and the weather was high 50s, mid 60s so weather was colder once we got further into the waters. Bring a coat and gloves. We saw hundreds of dolphins, 2-3 killer whales, and maybe 8ish humpback whales. The crew is amazing! You do have to pay for parking unless you want to park further out.

Amazing experience. We were fortunate to see lots of action just as we left the harbour. A pod of orcas hunting a seal (which hid under our boat), lots of humpback activity including a male breaching in front of us … turns out they have smelly breath. The crew of Erin, Chris and John were so knowledgeable. It was the highlight of our trip to California

We loved the sunset cruise we recently took with Captain Vince. The weather was perfect, the scenery amazing and we were taken care of with blankets (if needed), drinks and snacks. This was a birthday gift to my husband, and he had a great time. We also thoroughly enjoyed the music selection on board. We will be back.

The captain was very helpful, the sail was amazing, I would tell everyone you must try a sail at least once in your life, we did 7 pm and the sunset was amazing, I would do it again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Fantastic Experience! This catamaran tour was one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in was quick and easy, and the boat was incredibly comfortable. The crew thought of everything—cozy blankets, complimentary drinks, comfortable seat cushions, and convenient cup holders made for a relaxing and enjoyable ride. What truly made this tour exceptional was the outstanding crew. Our guide genuinely cared about making sure every guest had a great experience. He was attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. He even took the time to take photos for us so we could simply enjoy the moment without worrying about our cameras. If you're looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-run catamaran tour with an amazing crew, don't hesitate to book this one. We would absolutely do it again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The catamaran boat was beautiful, clean and spacious! Our guide Vince was well educated about Monterey‘s Marinelife. We were also treated with a spectacular dolphin dance alongside the boat. Apparently there are nine types of dolphins in Monterey, which I did not know. This type might be known for their synchronized swimming style. I would give the experience 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend the experience and I can’t wait to go again!

Great trip with views of orcas, bottlenose dolphins and many humpback whales. Spouting, surfacing, and tail views. Our boat didn't need to go far before catching sight of all.

Saw many whales and dolphins! Liked that boat was large enough to move around even though it was close to sold out.

Worth it! You definitely will not regret it! It was absolutely amazing! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get out there for a little adventure and explore.
