This experience was amazing. We did the "full day" trip. Ubi, our captain, was amazing. Funny and full of smiles and jokes. We went with his itinerary and spots as we have never been here. They included the blue and crystal lagoons as well as many caves and riding around looking at the magnificent shoreline. They have a Bluetooth radio to hook up to if music is your thing or you can enjoy the silence and hum of the boat motor. The boat itself is very comfortable for many more than 2 people. He had noodles onboard for floating around and a cooler with ice, so we brought along a few bottles of water, adult beverages, and snacks. Absolutely amazing experience! The directions they send you on WhatsApp are very precise so its easy to find where youre supposed to be. Also the snack shack at the pier had drinks, sandwiches, and treats...so no need to sweat if you didnt bring anything with you.

Myself and my partner travelled to Malta in early September 2026 and booked a Boat Tour with Xleni Pleasure Cruises for their Half Day Cruise to Blue Lagoon, Comino and Gozo. Keith and his crew were fantastic.There were roughly 25-30 passengers on board this comfortable and relaxing boat. The trip consisted of one swimming stop in the Crystal Lagoon for 50 minutes, a stop at Blue Lagoon for 1 hour and 20 minutes to alight and get some food, drinks, and swim, plus an onboard guided tour of Gozo and Comino Islands.The experience was incredible value for money and it couldn’t have been more in line with the trip we were looking for. There were a mix of solo travellers, couples, families, and friend groups on board. There was also a bar available with both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages available alongside a selection of snacks.If I were to revisit Malta, I’d definitely book this tour again due to the delightful service we experienced and wonderful atmosphere. There was an extra fee (we didn't notice in the description) of 29 Euros per person which increased the cost substantially.The lagoon was gorgeous. Captain did a great job navigation the seas, the swimmers, and the rocks.Boat was clean and they had a speaker for music (super big plus ). no flippers and masks / snorkels were standard / cheapy / very used.BYOB snacks and drinks (PSA bring a bottle of procescco!) with a shared cooler on board.

Excellent boat trip!
Very much enjoyed the boat trip to Gozo and Blue Lagoon. As other reviews have mentioned get to the boat in plenty of time to sort pass for Comino at the kiosk on the seafront. Would have been good to have more information about Gozo, via driver, on way to Victoria. We were simply transported and told what time to be back at the bus. There was enough time to see the Citadel and have lunch but do not be late back as bus driver will not wait! Staff on the boat were very helpful especially at the Blue Lagoon with help on / off the boat. Blue Lagoon was more crowded than I expected. I paid for the pass to visit Comino but after a short walk I decided it was preferable to spend time swimming around the boat and sunbathing on the rocks as the area was incredibly busy and hot! Having swim shoes was a definite asset as it's rocky, uneven ground at the Blue Lagoon. Good trip back to Sliema via St Mary Caves. The whole day worked to schedule perfectly and was definitely good value for money and worth doing!

We had the most awesome experience with our driver Ian. My husband and I joined this trip with some young British tourists. Ian and the other driver took us around Gozo and gave us an incredible experience. Gave us tips and stories around the island and were so knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this day trip to everyone. We enjoyed our stop in Xlendi Bay so much that we came back for a sunset dinner the next night during the town’s festa and witnessed incredible fireworks.

Hi Alex, Denise & boys. I just wanted to say a massive thank you. Paul & I had a fantastic time on today’s cruise. A beautiful boat which was absolutely spotless with everything anyone could wish for. Sadly we head home to the UK on Monday but having never been to Malta we have now fallen in love with it. We will definitely be back & hope to join another of your trips soon. Keep doing what you do, an excellent experience that we would happily recommend.

A trip of a lifetime! Highly recommend - perfect for couples, solo or family with older children. I spent a good while trying to find the right boat excursion and this was absolutely perfect. Pick up was so easy, theres one cafe kiosk as you enter the ferry port and all of the different boats dock just behind it - simple as waiting for yours to show up (they are on time and leave very promptly! Be sure to get there 10 mins before as advised to find your boat). The crew were friendly and gave us good information about the areas. The boat size was perfect, not crowded at all, with about 80% under shade so no fear of sunburn. The length of the trip was perfect, not too long and not rushed. Great amount of time cruising across the ocean to islands with little stops around caves and small ports to take photos. We went 11th Sept and were still able to do the third swimming spot! The water is crystal clear and warm, unbelieveable! Enough floaties for everyone to enjoy their swim and a SUP to share which is worth a go! Playlist was amazing, something for everyone and not too loud. Far from a party boat so 100% a go-to if you want a relaxing tour. Extremely good value!
