Top Los Angeles Multi-day Tours

I went on the 5-day MaxTour trip from Los Angeles from September 14–18, 2026, and as a solo traveler, I can highly recommend it.The trip started on September 14 with a pick-up in Los Angeles and a long drive towards Las Vegas. Thanks to our first guide, James, the journey went by quickly and we were entertained the whole time. The van was spacious and fully air-conditioned, and the views along the way were already worth the trip. We were also provided with snacks and drinks, including chips, granola bars, bananas, muffins, coffee, and chilled drinks. From the second to the fourth day, we were accompanied by Robert (not George), and once again, I was extremely satisfied. The amount of information was just right, the entertainment was 100%, and his phrase “my beautiful people” will forever be associated with this trip for me. We had regular breaks approximately every 1.5 hours, amazing stops with beautiful views, and a great playlist along the way.The places we visited were absolutely breathtaking (including Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Monument Valley, Joshua Tree and Death Valley). I especially appreciated that we always had a set amount of time at each location, while still having the freedom to decide how we wanted to spend it — for example, which trail we wanted to take. Since we were a genuinely small group of no more than 14 people (there were 12 of us), we were always able to leave on time. Snacks such as granola bars, chips, bananas, and chilled drinks were also available throughout the trip.On the fifth and final day, Cathy was our guide. She was full of interesting facts and little stories that she shared with us along the way. Even though we were definitely feeling the tiredness after the previous four days, her energy kept us going and in a good mood until the very end. There were many positives, but I also want to mention a few things that could be improved. The first and main thing that comes to mind is the food. Although all the accommodations were pleasant and spacious, I found the breakfasts provided to be below my expectations. The meals arranged by the tour were also not really to my taste, with the exception of the meal at Deep Creek Coffee. There was quite a lot of pizza, pasta, and burritos, so this may simply be a matter of personal preference. The meal times were also sometimes irregular and quite late. If you have any dietary restrictions — in my case, I am vegetarian — there are options available, but they are quite limited. I would recommend buying some extra food whenever you have the opportunity at a gas station, so you don't end up hungry later. It is also important to be prepared for how intense this 5-day trip really is. There is a lot of driving, which is completely understandable considering how many incredible places you get to see in such a short time. I would definitely recommend bringing comfortable clothes, a raincoat or jacket in case of bad weather, and some extra clothes. And most importantly, sleep whenever you get the chance! We usually left the hotels early, between 6–7 AM, and returned quite late, around 8–10 PM.Overall, this trip was absolutely worth it. I saw incredible places, met amazing people, and had so much fun thanks to our fantastic guides. It was an unforgettable experience, and apart from a few small details, I couldn't have asked for much more from the trip. Thank you, MaxTour! ❤️

What an exceptional weekend in Yosemite! Sam is friendly, dedicated, excited, experienced, and so knowledgeable. He's also a great driver! He pivoted when we needed to, took great care to get to know each trip participant, and made me feel very safe. His passion for exploring is so evident and his energy is contagious. I enjoyed every single minute. When can we go to Sequoia or Zion?!

Amazing experience with Max Tour! Super well organized and completely stress-free. Our guide and driver Justin Bartz took us from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon, Antelope, and Zion - he was knowledgeable, caring, and full of great recommendations. He made sure we were all good the whole time. 5 stars to Justin and thank you Max Tour for a smooth vacation!

An absolute well-spend trip. Went on this trip on 10/9/2026. A big shoutout to Daniel, a veteran guide, who has stayed around that area throughout his life for his wonderful insights on science, geography and history outside of school on Yosemite Park. Love those moments where he uses his lifelong experience by plucking out samples of plants, showcasing the beauty of Yosemite Park has to offer (can't believe that you can survive there with or without supermarkets!).Other than that, views were absolutely amazing. Wished we had more time to explore the rest of Yosemite Park... hopefully will visit again someday!Highly recommend this trip to anyone who loves nature!!

As an international photographer and someone who loves nature and capturing moments through photos and videos, this 3-day Yosemite camping tour was an incredible experience.I chose the camping option and really enjoyed spending the entire trip exploring Yosemite with the group. Everything was very well organized, from transportation and meals to the itinerary, which made the experience easy and stress-free.As someone who spends a lot of time outdoors, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the camping gear. The tents were excellent, and the sleeping mats were very comfortable, with a built-in foot pump that made setting them up quick and easy. The gear was from REI, which was a nice touch. Yosemite was absolutely breathtaking, with countless opportunities to stop, explore, and capture amazing photos and videos. Sam was a great guide, knowledgeable, friendly, and always making sure everyone was enjoying the experience.Highly recommended for nature lovers, photographers, and anyone who wants to experience Yosemite without having to organize all the logistics themselves.

Yosemite National Park and Kings Canyon National Park are both breathtaking destinations with stunning natural scenery. The giant sequoias, majestic mountains, and beautiful valleys made this trip truly memorable. We were also very satisfied with the tour company’s service. The guide was professional, friendly, and well-organized, making the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We took the 3-Day Los Angeles to Las Vegas Tour: Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Zion & Death Valley from Max Tours and we had an incredible experience. Our journey from Los Angeles to Las Vegas through Death Valley was incredibly exciting and well organised from start to finish. Our first day was the journey from LA to Vegas through Death Valley. Big shout out to Elaine, our tour guide for the 1st day. Her friendly personality and positive energy made the long drive enjoyable, and she handled everything with ease and professionalism. Thank you Elaine, Truly appreciated your care and excellent guidance throughout the trip. Our next two days was visiting the Zion National park, Lower Antelope canyon, Horse shoe bend and Grand canyon. We believe Zion National park should be a separate complete day trip as there are so many wonderful hikes. We felt that 2 hours doesn't do justice to this awesome park. Lower Antelope canyon was the highlight of the trip.Bull from Max Tours was an absolute standout guide on our 2-day adventure through the Grand Canyon, Zion, and Antelope Canyon. He wasn’t just knowledgeable — he was like a Walking Wikipedia, effortlessly sharing fascinating history, geology, local stories, and fun facts throughout the trip. What made the experience even better was his wit and sense of humor, which kept the long drives entertaining and the group energized. From keeping everything organized and on schedule to making sure everyone was comfortable and engaged, Bull did an incredible job guiding us through some of the most breathtaking places in the Southwest. He truly made the trip memorable. Thank you, Bull, for making the entire experience enjoyable, seamless, and unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!Overall a great tour.

Samuel was very professional and friendly, the places we went were amazing and I would definitely recommend it!

Starting in San Francisco, the tour was well-organized and fast-paced. The highlight was definitely Yosemite National Park—the scenery was stunning and worth the trip alone.Overall, it’s a solid option if you want a quick, hassle-free overview of California’s top spots.

Contact number: (855) 321-3403From my experience, reaching Amtrak customer service works best when you contact them directly by phone. I’ve dealt with booking updates, delays, and refund-related questions, and calling 855-321-3403 helped me get answers faster than automated options. For urgent situations, dialing (855)321-3403 connects you with a live representative who can actually review your reservation and explain the next steps. This is especially useful for same-day changes, cancellations, or payment concerns. One thing that helps is keeping your reservation details ready before calling 855 321 3403. Some online forms may ask for the number without symbols, so you might see it written as 8553213403. Calling earlier in the day through +1 (855) 321-3403 usually means less waiting. If your issue isn’t urgent, live chat or email support can handle basic questions, but responses may take longer. Social media and the mobile app are useful for updates, though they don’t replace speaking directly with a real person. For quick schedule checks, automated systems work fine. But when the situation is time-sensitive or more complicated, contacting +1-855-321-3403 and talking to a live Amtrak agent has been the most reliable option for me

Chris was an amazing guide and driver! Very helpful, Patience & Knowledgeable of the parks history and rules it made a huge difference in our short but mighty experience, Definitely Recommend Chris and this tour!

The overall experience is good. Guide Jackie is the best... always helpful and efficient. Driver Jerry is perfect in his job. Very safe driving. Last three hotels after Las Vegas were not upto the standards.

We had a fabulous trip! Spectacular places, wonderful hotels, comfortable travel, but above all super friendly and helpful tour guides. The care and concern with which our tour guide Emma conducted the tour was exemplary. She was extremely punctual and meticulous and always alert of the needs of her guests. Always going out of her way to bring them comfort and convenience. The same can be said about Song, who was our guide for Zion and Bryce. In fact I was telling them that I believe it is the tour guides who make the most lasting impression of a trip like this one, as this one definitely has for me and will remain for a long time to come.I strongly recommend this tour to all prospective tourists of the American west!

This is one of the best travel experience I had with Cool Destinations. Thank you to our tour guide Bella for being so helpful and informative. She is very sensitive to the needs of others, and she is a very good photographer too!

I traveled with my family and a 9-year-old girl.. It is a complete and well-organized trip that allows you to visit in a few days three states (Nevada, Arizona and Utah) and 4 beautiful parks, all enriched by the professionalism and sensitivity of the guide Lorenzo who with his sympathy and expertise made this trip unforgettable. You travel a lot of km in a few days but it was not tiring even for my baby.
