WOW…what an amazing night! I booked this for a more local experience before leaving Australia for a cruise out of Civivatecchia and returning to stay a couple of nights. Francesca, her son and daughter were absolutely beautiful and could not have been more welcoming. considering we had a terrible time finding then due to an uber driver dropping us at the wrong address. (my advice…let Francesca organise your pickup!) This far exceeded our expectations…her home is lovely and she taught us how to make gnocchi from scratch (had all the ingredients ready for both of us to participate, complete with aprons to wear and also an opportunity to make the dessert too after a welcoming beverage and some starters to relax in her garden. Our gnocchi was then cooked by her with her home made passata and served on the deck by her son who played the part of waiter and an excellent one too. Paired with the meal was her home made wine and a delicious liquer to finish with the dessert. If you want a truly wonderful authentic Italian experience and learn how to make italian pasta this is the one to book! We didn’t want to leave and would love to revisit sometime in the future. We had an amazing day in Rome with Patritzia. She was so helpful it showing us all the best parts since we only had 1 day. 10 out of 10 guide. Max and Paulo did a great job getting us to and from the ship, avoiding traffic snags at every opportunity.

We loved our cooking class with Vittoria! She is an excellent teacher and it was just a really fun afternoon. And the food was delicious. She taught us to make fresh pasta, which we enjoyed with an amatriciana sauce that she had made for us. We also made wine cookies, which I cannot wait to try again at home. (She emailed us the recipes in English.) We also enjoyed the tour of her farm area, where we got to visit the chickens and rabbits. This cooking class was truly one of the highlights of our week in Italy!

Francesca and her family welcomed me into their home with such gracious warmth. Francesca patiently led me through the process of making gnocchi and then we prepared the pasta for our dinner. It was a privilege to eat with the family. Francesca even shared her home made limoncello at the end of the meal. It was a wonderful evening.

What a wonderful experience! The chef opening her home to teach us Italian cooking and sharing a meal with her family made the experience heart warming and truly a unique adventure. Francesca was amazing showing us her garden & using her gardens produce in the meal that we prepared! Farm to table style Italian cooking! Highly recommended and we can’t wait to do it again when we visit Italy in the future!

Exceptional experience and the highlight of our three week vacation in Europe. Graziella and her family Giovanni and Alexandro were welcoming and warm. Graziella did an amazing job teaching us two pasta recipes and a wonderful Tiramsu for dessert. After the cooking class, we were able to sit in their homes beautiful patio and enjoy a wonderful dinner along with appetizers and drinks! Highly recommend this experience to all! My Wife and I had a great time it Was the highlight of our 10 day cruise. Francesca was so welcoming us into her home. She was a fantastic host she had nibbles and appetizers when we got there. Francesca took the time to understand what we wanted to learn and even changed her planned recipes just to accommodate our wishes. Greta was a great addition to our experience. Greta translated Between the English my wife and I spoke and the beautiful Italian that Francesca spoke. Francesca was easy to understand but having Greta there for us translating just made the whole experience memorable. Francesca gave us the best memories of Italy that we will never forget and everyone we make “ Carbonara “for we will be reminded of this awesome experience it was “ Priceless ❤️🇮🇹🏆

We enjoyed our tour very much. Alessandro and Andrea were amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned so much about the Roman history as we were visiting the sites. Truly an amazing experience and our lunch at a local restaurant was wonderful. Highly recommend this tour. You will not be disappointed.

Graziella was so gracious. We had a fantastic time. Not only did we learn how to make pasta and Tiramisu. She gave us other tips for Italian cooking. We enjoyed a lovely meal with her and her family, learnt about some Easter traditions of her family. Thank you Graziella.

This was the highlight of our 2 week trip! Maria Francesca was the absolute best hostess and the best instructor and chef. We felt at home and very welcomed by her and her family. Not only was the food amazing, but we felt we experienced the true feeling of Italy and the people from there. I would do this again and highly recommend visiting when you are there.

What an AMAZING time! The Rome Guided Visit (RGV) was perfect for our family, providing a safe, fun, and adventurous tour throughout Rome. We saw so many things, and I still can not believe they packed all these events into one day. Andrea was a fantastic guide; his knowledge and understanding of navigating this city were second to none, and we could not have asked for a better experience.

Absolute perfection! Such a wonderful opportunity to dine with local people in their beautiful home. Food was perfection and the hosts were spectacular. Would highly reccomend.
