Top La Romana Shark Diving

Great outing! Fun day out and in the water.

Booked at our resort and it was great! A perfect amount of time and it was so cool to see different types of fish and have stingrays and sharks so close. It was a small group, so it was very calm and there was so much room to spread out and do all of the activities they offer. The massage was also a nice touch! This is perfect if you want a relaxing morning to float around and snorkel/kayak in an enclosed environment. May not match your expectations if you’re expecting an experience similar to one where you’re snorkeling in the middle of an ocean or a more major coral reef, the wildlife you’re able to see is a bit more limited.

While the wait from getting off the bus to getting in the ship was a bit disorganized and chaotic, the trip itself was worth it. This crew was fantastic and worked tirelessly to make our trip safe, fun and memorable!

Gueniel from Amstar provided to my wife and I the details of this snorkling excursion from Bahie Principe resort. It was fantastic. It was a 1/2 day excursion and everything was on time. The bus ride off the resort was only about 25min. The hospitality on the boat was second to none. They served us drinks as well as provided a sandwich and some snacks. The snorkeling experience was great. We were all given a mask and snorkle and provided the option to swim with a beginner group or a more experienced group. We saw lots of fish during the snorkle. Swimming with the sting rays was amazing. We had the chance of holding the stingray and got pictures taken as well. Overall I would recommend this excursion to anyone. It was worth the money!

Great Trip. Absolutely worth booking

Multiple snorkeling and party boat options are offered. We did the platform snorkeling because it offered more independent snorkeling and a smaller group. They take you to a large platform 15 minutes from shore and you are free to use all activities for 3+ hours. Great selection of tropical fish in the reef. Separate fenced in pool to swim with nurse sharks and Rays. Also kayaking, including glass bottom boat kayaks, water bicycles, paddleboards and 15 minute massages included. Small snacks and fruit. No alcohol. We enjoyed it. Only negative is the fed the fish bread to attract them and the zoo like treatment of the sharks and rays.

This morning we made this excursion which is simply superb a team at the top of the animation from start to finish

Marinarium excursions took great care of us during our snorkeling excursion! The staff were: lively, friendly, and so welcoming. They treated us like family. The experience was amazing! I’m an animal lover, the only downside for me was I thought we would be snorkeling with the sharks and stingrays in the wild. Both were in habitats for the enjoyment of people. The sharks were huddled in corners. The stingray was repeatedly flapping, trying to get away while people were holding it in and out of water while having their pictures taken. Other than snorkeling in the ocean, seeing the beautiful beaches, coral and fish was an amazing time. The staff even made us homemade coco loco, and provided snacks. It truly was a great time!

The entire crew and the vessel were wonderful! It was clear they cared about their guests and had their safety and comfort in mind. We would like to applaud all the crew Roger, Kariono, Jose Miguel, Jose Luis( who was a big help to me personally when I got a little tired in giving me a kind hand swimming back to the vessel), Andy, Cristopher and Estonlin. I trust I did not leave anyone out. There was good snorkeling and every activity was enjoyable. In general the feeling was a vibe of happiness welcome and sharing their music and culture. We would recommend this to all The glass bottom part of the boat was maybe slightly overstated- you could see a few fish when they stopped, but this is not the main attraction you should go for. It is crew and the actual water experiences were just so much fun!The reefs are not like those in Bonaire- but there were enough colorful fish to delight.

This place is amazing!! I highly recommend this excursion, definitely worth it. They have a lot of options for activities, such as swimming with sharks or stingrays. You can also go to check out the coral reef and different fishes. They also have paddle boarding and various water activities. The staff is also amazing and Yerlin was absolutely the best. He went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one…. And I will never forget that!!!

This was the highlight of my trip! Marinarium offered an incredible experience that I'll never forget. Swimming with the sharks and rays was thrilling and the staff made sure we felt safe the entire time. They were so knowledgeable and passionate about these amazing creatures. Afterward, the party on the catamaran was a blast! The music was great, the open bar had a fantastic selection of cocktails, and the snacks were perfect - light enough to enjoy before swimming but still satisfying. We even had the chance to jump off the boat for a swim in the beautiful, clear water. A couple of things to note: It was a bit windy the day we went, which made the swim a little challenging. Also, a quick intro to snorkeling techniques might be helpful for beginners. Overall, this was an amazing day and I highly recommend Marinarium to anyone visiting the area. It's a must-do!

Correct activity I very much appreciated the help of an employee for snorkling The opinion is for the photographer but especially for the company FANTASEA Tienda Photoshop I had to ask him to photograph us! When I wanted to take my photos paid $40us with the barcode and password I got 4 photos So I advise you to see your photos before leaving Canada

We loved this excursion!! The staff is really fun and keep it lively, we were extra lucky and had one person who focused on us and brought us around to the sharks, skipped the line for the stingray picture & was delivering us our favourite drinks. The Coco Loco they make on board is DELICIOUS! Always felt safe. Will be going back on our next trip to Punta Cana.

Fantastic tour and cruise. Price was a bargain for what we got. I thought we were just going snorkeling. I didn't expect a full catamaran cruise, open bar, and lunch. Great guides, felt safe, and my son was blown away swimming with sharks. Highly recommend.

A fun laid back boat ride, to snorkel with fish, stingrays, nurse sharks & swim in the Caribbean Sea…………………………………………..

Amazing time! All the beautiful fish and then seeing the sharks and giant rays was so thrilling. I thought I would be nervous but I wasn’t. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Made the whole trip relaxing and very fun. Enjoyed the sand bar and dance party. Teen kids with us who also loved it as well. Just the right amount of time for us in water, on boat and at party. Never felt rushed or annoyed it was taking too long. The sandwiches and fruit were nothing special but we weren’t in this trip for a meal. A little snack to sustain us was good enough. Would definitely do again.
