Top La Coruna City Tours

Alex was a delightful guide for our historical walk around A Coruna. He was very informative and a pleasure to be with. He was helpful, courteous and fun and his recommendations were spot on. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful and informative tour through parts of A Coruña with a very knowledgeable and enthusiastically narrating guide. It was a lot of fun; thanks Alex!

Our guide was Natasha. We were picked up from right outside of port at 11 am. For some reason Cool Destinations showed us it was at 9am but in messages they told us to meet them at 10:45am. At first guide told us that this tour included bus ride with guide where they will tell you about the places and then give you 3 hrs of free time in the city by yourself. And return to the port. But none of us were comfortable being by ourselves. Then she said she is going to take a walk to some place where there is best view of cathedral so we all told her we would like to follow her to that park, it was nice picture spot. Then we came back to cathedral and she showed us queue where u get to hug apostle and line was not too bad. We saw crypt too. Then she told us to go eat and buy souvenirs which we did and walked back to bus station. Meeting point was little confusing so we decided to just walk to the bus station instead. Tip: if u wanna do something from La coruna port between 9am to 11am until ur Santiago tour starts you can walk to tower of Hercules. The view from there is spectacular.

This was an incredible day exploring La Coruna. Our guide was informative and authentic. I could not have asked for a more enjoyable way to spend our day in port.

good value for the money and the young lady that took us was verry good and knew a lote about every stop

Guide was super knowledgeable and the driver was great. We had a lovely day and we were able to visit local food and drink venues. We learned a lot about the beautiful city.

Absolutely brilliant tour through the streets of A Coruña with Alex. So expressive and engaging, he painted the historical context of the city that meant we understood and appreciated it in a way that transformed the holiday. Thank you.

The tour guide was very informative, receptive to everyone in the tour. Would highly recommend this to others.

We enjoyed our tour very much today, thanks to our excellent guide Christina. She has made a difference with her vast historical knowledge of La Coruna and Santiago de Compostela. She is a gem!Stephen & Elayne

Our tour guide Adrian was good and pleasant. The group was pretty large but he did a great job keeping us together and explaining important details! He was very informative and patient.Seafood is a big thing in La Coruña especially squid....however there were huge crabs, and blue lobsters 🦞 in a couple of restaurants! Also, carry toilet paper the restrooms are poorly stocked.

Eric SONTAG. Simple menu where it is easy and quick to choose between fish and meat... The service is careful with real dishes: large glasses where the Champagne can develop its aromas. Wine list with local Champagne (Grand Cru) and Chardonnay.

Very knowledgeable about the history of the town. Many places were shown to us. The guide was limited in English language so we couldn’t ask too many questions.

The trip was uneventful. The guide gave us plenty of information about Fatima before we arrived. There is quite a bit of walking involved. By the afternoon it began to get very crowded in the plaza. I was disappointed that the tour left an hour later than it was originally scheduled for - it left us little time to explore everything we wanted to take in.

Meeting and beginning times was an hour later than had been sold by Cool Destinations which shortened our tour. Nonetheless, our guide, Mercedes was fabulous. 👌 She gave my wife and I a lot of personal attention explaining in detail during our free time. Highly recommend the tour.

Fantastic Tour and Guide! I highly recommend participating in this prior to exploring on your own :-)

We really enjoyed this tour. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the meeting point description after we disembarked this ship was wrong. It took us half an hour to figure out how to meet with the tour guide. It didn’t mention on the description that we need to take a shuttle bus first. We thought the tour guide would be meeting us right outside the ship.
