A tour succeeds or fails with the guide and the other participants. But the guide makes the real difference. Guide Eddy is a guide who talks a lot. Too much talking. He has not been still for a moment, but not for a moment was that disturbing. What he could enthusiastically tell details about. He may not have been born in Bonaire, but his soul and knowledge are steeped in Bonaire's blood. I wish everyone booked Eddy as a guide for this tour.We booked via TUI. Nicely picked up according to agreement with a 4-wheel drive. At that moment, the first facts about the island were already coming along. The northern part of the park held no secrets. Whether it was about stones, cacti, or the wind. I would say a must-see tour and definitely worth doing the northern part with a guide.

Had a beautiful day, guide Eddy knew a lot to tell. Regularly made a stop, took beautiful photos, snorkeled nicely and had a delicious lunch. Top!

Great experience, very interesting park, history, geology, snorkeling, turtle nesting beach, knowledgeable and friendly guide. Managed two languages, Dutch and English. 7 people in the safari truck, no problem. Glad we took this tour.

Was on tour with Eddie last week. We had the luxury of being just the two of us. What we enjoyed about the tour! Eddie knows a lot about the history of the island/national park and had many fun facts and trivia. Eddie took enough time to stop here and there and show us all the beautiful places. The lunch was delicious, very extensive. We thoroughly enjoyed this adventure with Eddie! We will definitely book this again if we are on the island one more time.

What a wonderful day my daughter and I have had. There is so much to experience in the park where you can continue to admire yourself how special nature really is there. You will also become a lot wiser about Bonaire in general. I would absolutely recommend a guide with Jeep. It requires quite a bit of knowledge of nature and practice of the Jeep really wants to experience the park to the fullest and safest. Eddy our guide knows how to captivate you from start to finish:) My daughter and I look back with great pleasure on this special holiday!

This tour was fantastic. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable about the park, different wildlife, and the sites we saw along the way! He was friendly and helpful. Our car sat 8 people, two in front and six in the back. We were picked up from our hotel and dropped back off at the end. At the start we were offered tea and coffee and there was plenty of water throughout the trip. We visited a beautiful snorkel site and borrowed masks from them which were in good working order. Then we stopped for an amazing lunch set up by the tour group along with beer and wine. The day was long and full of different experiences. We were so glad to have done this tour.

Beautiful surroundings and amazing views over the National Park once you are on the Brandaris. Great to do with children from about 8/9. Wearing really good shoes, the last part is a tough climb. Snorkeling at wakaka we found okay, snorkeling at boca and jumping from the cliff we loved! And of course friendly people at the reception, everyone is nice here. 😊

Must do visit during a Bonaire trip

The trip to National Park made us appreciate Bonaire even more. We were picked up and dropped off to our Airbnb. Our tour guide, John, has been very informative and shared a lot of amazing details about the nature and history of Bonaire. The ride was bumpy but it was all worth it, especially being able to do the snorkeling at Wayaka beach. Even our little one enjoyed all of it. We are glad to have included this as a part of our trip.

I was a solo traveler and the only American but like someone else stated in a prior review John did the tour in both English and Dutch. I always felt comfortable and even sat in the front because I do get motion sickness. I only took one Dramamine. It’s definitely hot so bring water plus they have water and a light lunch and tea and coffee with a snack. I learned a lot about Bonaire today. I am glad I went on this excursion. I would recommend it to a friend.

You see a lot, you get a lot of information about NP, well cared for and snorkel spot is authentic and beautiful.

Collected from the hotel promptly. Email upon booking was informative. Eddie our guide was approachable, friendly and provided excellent information in both perfect English , and I imagine perfect Dutch:-) . This was a fun adventure, the jeep type vehicle was bumpy and fun. If you have any pain management issue do not even consider visiting this park even in your own vehicle . I really feel that I got to see the park , the snorkel experience allowed for ample time, the lunch break was leisurely and I could have had a swim break if wanted due to the amount of time allowed. I took a nice cliff climb. All in all this was a 5 star experience.

We had an incredible adventure on this 4x4 tour. The experience took us through a stunning variety of landscapes, from cactus-filled terrain and rugged rocky areas to strikingly beautiful views and crystal-clear waters.Along the way, we saw flamingos, exotic birds, iguanas, and even heard the unique calls of local wildlife, making the journey feel even more immersive and authentic. The changing colors of the water were absolutely breathtaking, especially near the snorkeling spots where the sea turned into vivid shades of turquoise and deep blue.The snorkeling itself was a highlight—crystal-clear water with great visibility and a peaceful, untouched feel. Every stop along the way offered something different and memorable.Our guide, Eddy, was exceptional: thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely service-oriented. They made sure everyone was comfortable, informed, and enjoying the experience throughout the day.Overall, this was a fantastic mix of adventure, nature, and relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the area in a fun and unique way.

When the day started out, I wasn't sure I made the right decision to book this excursion. We were the only English speaking people in the vehicle, and because we were picked up last, we only had the option of sitting in the closed front seat. I almost cancelled, and our guide, John, talked me into staying. And boy am I glad I did. First off, everyone in the vehicle agreed to have John speak English for the day, so there was no language issue. Everyone was super welcoming and we never felt like the Third Wheels. Sitting in the front with John felt like a private tour. We saw so much in one day and learned things we never would have known if we had done this tour on our own. So much about the history, the culture, the geography, the economy, and the ecology of Bonaire. The stops were glorious and the timing was spot on -- just enough time at each location. Lunch was delicious as well. I have absolutely no complaints about this excursion and it was worth every dime. And John --- if you are reading this, thank you. You truly made me feel like family.
