Jakob our driver was great! Very friendly and informative. Communication was also brilliant. We all enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend.

The experience at the hot springs was 3 hours and very worth every minute. The sauna and salt room is included and a nice retreat from the busy pools. But there are so many pools that it didn’t feel crowded. Great experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful trip to Zakopane with Julia, and I truly could not have wished for a better guide and driver!Julia is such a kind, gentle, warm, and thoughtful person. She made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and took such good care of us throughout the whole day. We really enjoyed our tour around Krakow. Dan was great, very informative, friendly and funny. Would definitely recommend this trip especially for a first time visit as the city is extremely large. We would never have seen all the areas that we visited and definitely having the history explained so well, was interesting.

Can’t fault this tour we were collected from our holiday apartment at the time agreed and the tour was fantastic. Some of the history was from pre recorded material but some was from the tour guide Jacob, we can’t rate him highly enough his funny stories and also heartfelt history was top notch. It was the full 2hrs and although £130 is quite expensive for just two people it would have been better value if you had four people for the same price. It was a welcome relief in the heat to be able to sit back and listen to the history without having to walk around.

Really friendly and informative English speaking guide. Nothing was too much trouble, if you wanted to be dropped off, no problem. Great way to visit places of interest. Very pleased with this trip.

Casper was our guide. We were picked up a few minutes early, shared a van with 8 other guests. Casper was well spoken, easy to understand. Stopped about an hour into the ride for restroom break and snack. Continued to the village of Chocholow to see the unique wooden houses. After 20 mins, we boarded again, next stop we tasted the smoked cheese (oscypek) and 2 different vodkas (at 11am!). As he drove Zakopane, he answered all our questions about the area. We had 2.5h in Zakopane, plenty of time to ride the funicular to the top, enjoy the beautiful views and shop/eat. The thermal baths (pools) were very crowded. Thank goodness for an adult only pool, but it was still crowded. The water temperature (36C) nearly matched the air temperature as Poland has been in a heat wave (33-35C). The ride home was quiet as it is a long day. Pickup 0810a, drop off 730p. Great way to spend a full day and see more of beautiful Poland.
