This was something my husband and I looked forward to for so long and the experience was so wonderful. Tadashi our guide was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful! He shared so much about Japan's history, and was able to make the experience even better. I recommend that everyone try this tour!

Google Maos caused confusion re our meeting place but Masa was an amazing guide,. As there were only the two of us on our tour he adapted to my disability, (only apparent after booking the tour), and could not have been more considerate, flexible or knowledgeable. The food we ate was exceptional as were the staff in the restaurants we visited. Highly recommend this tour.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A magical Shibuya experience with Akira & MagicalTrip!We had such a fantastic time exploring Shibuya on our MagicalTrip drinks tour with Akira — this was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip to Tokyo. He’s a great guy and an exceptional guide: warm, engaging, knowledgeable and full of local insights that we simply wouldn’t have discovered on our own.It was the thoughtful little touches that made the experience particularly memorable. Akira started us off with a turmeric drink to help ward off the next-day hangover (very much appreciated! 😂), shared so much local knowledge throughout the evening, and even gave us beautiful origami gifts to take home as a keepsake.We loved experiencing Shibuya through the eyes of a local rather than just visiting the usual tourist spots, and finishing the night at a local sake bar was absolutely perfect. 🍶Akira made the whole MagicalTrip drinks tour experience feel relaxed, personal and genuinely fun. Great guy, great guide and a truly magical night in Shibuya.We couldn’t recommend Akira and MagicalTrip tours highly enough — if you’re visiting Tokyo and want to experience a different side of Shibuya, definitely book this tour! 🇯🇵❤️

Daniel was an excellent guide and made this one of the highlights of our time in Tokyo. I especially recommend doing this tour on your first night in the city. It was such a great way to get oriented to Shibuya, experience the energy of the neighborhood, and learn things we never would have discovered wandering around on our own.The food was a major highlight. We had what I can genuinely say was some of the best sushi of my life. If you have the opportunity, do not miss the seared engawa. It was incredible and easily one of the most memorable bites of our entire trip.Daniel was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the evening feel relaxed rather than overly programmed. By the end, we felt like we had experienced Shibuya with someone who really knew how to help us appreciate it.Highly recommend, especially as a first-night Tokyo experience. It was a fantastic way to start our trip.

Ethan was great. Good conversationalist and fun. He gave us some history and awesome cool eating areas which we would never have found.

Great sushi and Wagyu on this tour. Our guide, Yuki, was extremely personable, fun to spend time with and gave us great recommendations for the remainder of our time in Tokyo. We did this tour on our first full day in Tokyo which worked out well. 2 separate restaurants and then walked us around the area so we could get a feel. We did a night tour and it was very busy.

Loved this tour. We met up at night to enjoy the various food and sites of Tokyo. Tokyo is beautiful at night seeing all of the buildings lit up. Shaboya crossing and even the red light district. Really enjoyed our guide. I’m sorry I forgot to write my review back in April so I’ve forgotten her name. But she was great. Very attentive and included us all in the fun and education of the district and food.
