Top Kangaroo Island Multi-day Tours

The 2days was excellent Tour guide Aaron was exceptional and group of travellers all got on very well Aaron had a very detailed knowledge of K I also A great 2 days Food was excellent also A fabulous time

Remarkable Aron! Great sightseeing, great food (was full all the time), timing of stops was just right, lots of wildlife and amazing scenery. Felt like I saw KI without a big rush 👌🏻🙌🏻 Tents were comfy and clean and extra blankets if needed. A little bit of walking with mild degree of fitness needed (but you also have plenty of time)

Katelyn, our tour guide is the reason for this review rating. Katelyn demonstrated her thorough knowledge of the koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, seals, and sea lions that we saw, Katelyn located them all in their natural habitat so that we could clearly see them, I enjoyed hearing her experiences rescuing koalas after the wildfires a few years ago. Her heart and love of the animals clearly showed. Katelyn also adapted quickly to minor difficulties inherent in a two day tour.

Fantastic value for money. It was a packed three days in which we toured the island and saw some breathtaking things: Remarkable Rocks, Seal Bay, and a swim in the southern ocean were my standouts but I also loved sleeping out, the meals we prepped and ate together, and driving along in the bus seeing how the island is recovering from the fires. Our guide, David, worked his socks off for us for the entire three days. I'd do this trip again in a moment.

My guides, Dan and Marian, made this trip memorable. Dan was very knowledgeable and informative about the island. He brought our group to many places. Marian provided delicious meals and lovely company during walks, beach time, and at camp. Cheers!! I would travel/tour with them again. (The camping gear and facilities were in very good condition—much appreciated at the end of our long days).

Wonderful natural paradise, great tour guide (Kate) has taken us to the best places and inspired us with her passionate nature and answered our questions with joy - two wonderful days

Me and my wife had a fantastic experience! Aaron, our guide was very knowledgeable and organized. Also, last but not least, he was funny and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the two days of the tour. Highly recommended!

Jordan was a brilliant guide, so full of knowledge and enthusiasm for the island. We had a small group of four solo travellers, so we had lots of one on one time with him and each other. The itinerary is well thought out and organised, with plenty of stops along the way. We covered a lot of miles, but didn't feel like we were stuck on the bus. The tour is focused on wildlife, so if we passed anything interesting we would stop. Jordan gave us clear timings for each stop, but nothing felt rushed, there was plenty of time for everything. The food was great, and we all helped cook the evening meal at camp, with more than enough of it to go round. I did visit towards the end of the season, so things were quieter in general, but there were no crowds and the itinerary is designed to avoid the big coaches and day trippers. I've already recommended the tour to people in my hostel that were thinking of visiting.

The tour was great! Our group was great and Chris, our tour guide accompanied us with his knowledge of the island and a lot of humor! No question was too much for him. The overnight stay in the swag and the various meals I enjoyed very much. We were able to observe all the animals living on AI in the wild. I can highly recommend the tour and especially Chris as a guide!

Loooooved the trip, the group, place we visited and the tour guide Chris and fell fellow assistant Zoe. 10 out of 10 💫💫💫

Amazing experience of two days along the beautiful KI. Our guide, Nikki, enchanted us with his stories and making us admire the beauties of the island. A competent guide, in love with her island and with nature, which I nicknamed “hawk’s eye”, she managed to find all forms of life even from a long distance. I cannot describe how many different species of animals we have seen, above all certainly remain in the heart sea lions, ontaries and koalas. The animals seen in their habitat have a completely different charm, I sincerely invite you to spend at least two days on the island and if you can, stay a few more days to enjoy the beautiful beaches that you will yield and that will make you want to dive. Thanks again to Nikki, person with great humanity, welcoming and sunny.

Wow what an amazing experience. We spent an incredible two days touring KI with our warm, friendly and exceptionally knowledge guide Nikki. She’s originally from KI so she has deep understanding of the island wildlife, history and the geography. As an animal expert she knows exactly where to find the best areas for viewing. She has also published a beautiful book of her own KI wildlife photography - a great souvenir from our visit. Be sure to ask for Nikki when you reserve this amazing adventure.

I really enjoyed the tour. Aaron, our tour guide, did a great job. He provided us with a lot of information about Kangaroo Island. During the two days we saw the diversity of the island. We had always enough time to enjoy the single stops. There was never a rush. We spotted a lot of wildlife. I really recommend the tour.

This is more than just a trip to a beautiful place. These two days will provide you with a truly unforgettable experience of the Kangaroo Island. The itinerary description is accurate but does not convey all the special treats that travelling with Groovy Grape Adventures offers. The guides (in our case, Jordan) are truly knowledgeable of the place, knowing all its hidden gems and its secrets, and having a very special relationship with its people. All this means that you are learning so much more than just what you’d normally experience with a guide; and you are greated by others with a big smile. There are no surprises for Jordan on the island - if a building, an animal, a plant pops up unexpectedly, he immediately has multiple facts to tell you about them, all woven with personal stories and experiences. The visits to all sights are planned in such a way that you always avoid the crowds. This makes you feel that you have this beautiful island only to yourself. The food is lovely and plenty of it. You are being very well looked after. This makes for a really unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

The tour was great with beautiful scenery. The guide, Jordan, was knowledgeable and shared stories along the way. An unforgetable trip to Kangaroo island and we strongly recomend tours with Groovy Grape Adventures.

Wow. What can I say. Remarkable, amazing, fabulous, interesting, fun. It exceeded expectations. I had reservations about camping but they were baseless, Super comfortable, a lot warmer than I thought. Koalas in the trees around camp, a couple of kangaroos hopping around. Amazing Aaron was our guide. Whilst you could tell from his knowledge that he had been to the island countless times, this hadn’t blighted his enthusiasm one bit. Made everyone at ease for the group interacting and pitched everything perfectly.
