Moeen was a very knowledgeable and kind guide — we were a large group, and he made sure were safe, accomplished our wishlists, and enjoyed a seamless transfer from Aquaba > Wadi Rum > Petra.

We visited Wadi Rum and stayed 2 days and did the Desert Tour with lunch and sunset. From the start Khaled and Ali were very helpful and as I was travelling with my mother they helped us organize the taxi to and from Petra , they were very kind and showing us around all the time and shared the history, the culture and the local habits and food with us.My mother felt very comfortable and happy, thank you Khaled and Ali - we will come again.I highly recommend Wadi Rum Desert Eyes!

Our guide Abdul is a native of the Rum village and we think there is no one who knows the desert better than him. We had a perfect safari trip with perfect timing. He is a real gentleman and a very good cook. You should definitely do the full day safari with him.If you want a tour guide that truly makes you believe that Wadi Rum is on Mars, you've come to the right place.

Other worldly experience. Khaled and his team made us feel at home and in a different planet at the same time. We also spent a night in the camp and it was an amazing experience. Totally recommend!

Our consultant with Jordan Select (Ms Suha) arranged an excellent 2-week tour for our first visit to Jordan with a private car & driver. We rarely use agencies, preferring to plan our trips to suit ourselves. However - following such great Cool Destinations reviews we felt we should give the Agency a try! Presently in Aqaba, we have seen most of the important Jordanian sites and will return to Amman for our last few nights. Hotels they chose worked well, most were geared to large bus tours which didn’t impact on our stay. W were delightful ‘camps’ - glamping at its very best! The driver (Halil) was safe, courteous, always on time and we couldn’t fault him! Anyone who can cope with all the unmarked speed bumps without jeopardising the well-being of his passengers deserves a medal! The car was clean, modern and large enough to fit 2 suitcases in the trunk. His road safety awareness was excellent.

Safely back home and by now well back into our daily routines, I would like to take the opportunity to express our warmest gratitude, appreciation and respect, in the aftermath of our tour/trip to Amman & Petra.A great 'thank you' is in order to all of the people of 'Jordan select tours' whose team work has rendered our holiday trip unforgettable and a special mention to Ms Suha, for being so good and explanatory through the prodedure (prior to our arrival), but especially for choosing for us that amazing gem of theirs, working as a driver, part guide, part assistant, part friend/brother/host/ - you name it and he became it...We have had our quite big share of travelling around the world, and have had to charter touring agents' driving services, across the continents, but Mr Ibrahim Fakhoury is by far the top of the top [safest - most positive thinking - calmest - well informed/updated, most helpful and anticipating to each and every minor need/detail that might come up (with the list going on and on...)]. Trust Mr Ibrahim to be there on time, to humbly say he is not a guide but only a driver when - in fact- we have had professional guides that knew less or were not as updated as he was, trust him to respond professionally to unexpected occurrences [perfectly informative when the police had blocked/cordoned off his way into our usual meeting point and had to change our point, remaining absolutely effectively calm and with a problem solving disposition, when our tour car door was violently opened by a roaming retarded kid demanding charity, are only a few off-the-top-of-our-head examples]. We were so blessed to have him...!In an effort, however, to remove any possible doubt from my so positive feedback, as to its objectivity standards, and if I have to find fault with their services, I would only mention that, prior to our arrival in Jordan, we had not been told that it was absolutely necessary to be carrying with us a printed form of our covid health certification, as we wouldn't be let into the aircraft, for there was an Amman representative at our airport, just before the airport gate, not permitting anyone to board the plane, without the printed paper. Luckily, we had been tipped off about it online and we were carrying one...

We had an amazing day with Ali as a guide!! Both relaxed and informative and now, a day after, still impressed by the sheer size, rest and beauty of the Wadi Rum.The desert camp was very nice - basic, though clean and cosy. Great choice for a night the desert!

My friend and I had an amazing time with our guide Mohammed during this tour. We hopped in his truck and opted for the camel ride experience as part of the tour. Mohammed took us to various spots in the desert that had the best views. As a disclaimer, if you would like to get the most out of this tour, I would definitely recommend wearing hiking shoes and a certain fitness level. The more you are able to climb/hike in the spots that he drops you off, the more you are able to experience an unbelievably beautiful view. We laughed together and gasped at the otherworldly views all day long.

Beautiful desert that should be seen and preserved. I greatly appreciate the efforts of a group of Bedouin who have established tours and camps while also taking great care of the desert. They are attempting to educate us on the importance of protecting and not harming the environment there.

After having read the reviews we were excited, but after having completed this tour, I think I would have been better with a half day tour instead.You need to have a moderate amount of physical stamina to climb a lot of the sites, and after 2-3 stops, I was tired of it. The guide really just drives you to each location, doesn’t really explain much so you’re just free to roam.Also, I understand the lunch was provided for an authentic Bedouin experience but unfortunately, I got sick that night after eating it. My friend was fine so it was just my body. I think this tour group should provide some sort of cooler in the trucks for packed sandwiches or something for those that can’t tolerate the food or have sensitive stomachs.I would say the best part was the sunset and the camel ride. So if anything, maybe opt for a half day desert tour with sunset and camel.

I stayed with the Wadi Rum Desert Eyes group for a full day tour and overnight at their camp in Wadi Rum.The guides are very knowledgeable and helpful in traversing the many sights and scenes across Wadi Rum. They are the most helpful people you will ever meet. Water was provided throughout with breaks when needed. The lunch and dinner given by the team in a traditional bedouin tent tasted great. It's an excellent touch to spend the evening after dinner surrounding a campfire, drinking traditional bedouin tea under the stars.It is an amazing experience to see Wadi Rum and to spend time with the bedouin people, and Khaled, Salameh my guideand all the rest of the team make this an even better experience.I highly recommend booking a tour and staying overnight with the Wadi Rum Desert Eye Company. Its the best experience ever, with the best people possible.

This tour is fantastic! You really get an incredible, authentic full day experience. We rode camels, went sand boarding, drank a lot of tea, played volleyball, hiked around the desert, had a fire, and had a delicious homemade lunch. The Bedouins are so knowledgeable and welcoming, we were brought to so many cool places within Wadi Rum. We travel quite a bit and this was truly an experience we've never had before. There is a lot of hiking, walking, and climbing involved so wear good shoes and bring sunscreen!

The full day trip was really nice! we hopped on and off in the best places around the Wadi Rum. We stopped for tea & lunch that was cooked in the wild and we finished in a nice spot to see the sunset! Audi, our driver, was super nice and pretty friendly. I highly recommend!
