We love riding bike on the streets . Food was great . AJ was amazing ! Patient and very knowledgeable. We felt safe riding in downtown.

My kids wanted to do this so badly. It was definitely pricey, but they had a blast & seeing their joy made the sting to the pocketbook a bit easier.It’s basically one giant circle. You walk from room to room & can go through it as many times as you want. In each room you get samples of various ice creams. The serving sizes were plentiful! I started asking for less & didn’t eat most of mine. Some rooms were better decorated than others, but they were all super fun! Our kids especially loved the giant sprinkle pool at the end! In total we spent about 1.5 hours here & had a good time.

AJ was a wonderful guide. So knowledgeable and funny. Plenty to eat and safe course for riding. Kid friendly!

all the ice cream was good, staff so polite but i would recommend booking the tickets through the actual website not Cool Destinations. when it was time to show the tickets they were nowhere to be found in the email or the employees folder. luckily they seen the receipt and allowed us in but it was a huge inconvenience.

Loved tasting all the different flavors. The different activities were a pleasure. The ice cream hot dog I might pass on.

We loved the decorations and staff was so enthusiastic and pleasant. Our grandkids loved the sprinkle pit. Old boys were being rowdy and rough with little ones around and staff handle it very well for everyone’s safety.

We did th bikes, bites, & brews tour. Overall, it was fun. We had decent weather that made it great as well. The stops were pizza, hot dogs, cupcakes, and Italian beef. The local beers were paired with the pizza, hot dogs and Italian beef. The bike ride is windy on the way back but do able. Dan was a great guide and respected all bikers.

We booked this bike tour because we thought it would be a fun and more active alternative to riding a tour bus around Chicago. We weren’t disappointed. Our tour started off a bit rainy, so we were provided with ponchos. Our tour guide, AJ, set an easy pace that our 9 year old could keep up with. We rode along Lake Michigan and up into the Gold Coast neighborhood, which was decked out for Halloween. We had a wonderful lunch of deep-dish pizza, including a gluten free pizza for me. We continued to ride and eat our way through Chicago in a fun and memorable experience. The bike ride was almost all flat so nobody struggled. This was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip.

Lots of fun for young kids. Some interesting history about ice cream although there could be much more. There could also be more samples.

It was my birthday, so of course it made sense for this lactose intolerant person to visit a place all about frozen dairy products! :)In all actuality, museum should be taken lightly as there is just a little education and history, a whole lot of Instagram worthy photo opportunities, a couple of holes of mini golf, a sprinkle (ball) pit, some fun loving staff, coupled with...you got it, ice cream to eat.My family had a lot of fun, despite lots of kids hopped up on sugar the day we went. You start off getting some info from a guide while "riding the subway" and then you choose an ice cream name. Embrace the experience, get creative and take on your new persona. When you enter, you are dropped into a bar (some parents were thankful for the alcohol) and there is an ice cream shop with different flavors not available in the "museum" rooms, but all of this is additional cost. We saw several people asking and realizing it was extra. I do believe there is one flavor there that is included in the admission price.As you scoot through the rooms, there are different themes and activities and some rooms have ice cream to eat. These are not just samples, but full size. Not sure how true, but someone said the record was someone consumed 54 scoops in one visit. I would literally die, but...if that is your thing, go for it! We were there for the Rainbow Cone's 100th anniversary which is awesome and now over, but don't fret...you can still get the Chicago special ice cream...hot dog flavored ice cream complete with bread bun, mustard, relish and celery seed. It "wasn't that bad", according to my husband. Oh and if you are like me and lactose intolerant, never fret...they have a few different choices for us. If you go and they have the cherry sorbet, I highly recommend it. It was hands down the top favorite flavor of everyone in our party and one of the only flavors we made room for seconds (or in one person's case...thirds)!All in all, a good time. Definitely worth a visit, but for us it is a one and done.

It was really fun and cute, but didn’t last very long. It was a quick walk through it felt like to me.

I passed the sales kiosk on the way down the street but passed by. I was encouraged to go by another retailer. So I went back and got a ticket. The young man said the price would go down a couple dollars in about 45 minutes as it was closer to closing, but I didn’t want to wait around, so I paid full price. It didn’t start off so well because he failed to explain that they only let a certain number in at a time, but the tickets are not timed, so you end up standing in the blazing sun outside waiting to go in. I could have saved a few dollars because I ended up still waiting! Not sure if it was a full 45 minutes, but it was close. They did hand out huge pink umbrellas to help with the sun and eventually decided to let us into the lobby out of the sun before we could do the tour. It was a little patience challenging at that point too because they tried to get us enthused, but I was not so into it at that point. I especially could not think of my “ice cream name”, which they want you to put in a name tag for yourself for the visit. They started with a simulated ride on a subway train, which was creative. Once you get moving, you can go through the various rooms and taste as much ice cream and sorbet as you want! Each room has a different flavor. They even have a sprinkle pool at the end where you, mostly kids, can frolic in a pool full of sprinkles, like those bouncy balls, but sprinkle shaped. The kids really love that! The ice cream and sorbets were excellent and there is a place you can buy other flavors and shakes and sundaes and have real or mock cocktails. So by the end, it turned out great! They have some nice fun facts about the history of ice cream. I ended up having 2 kinds of ice cream and 4 sorbets and a mocktail. Lol! Everything was very flavorful and they give you a very decent amount. Fortunately, I had walked all over 2 museums and downtown Chicago by then…lol! Check it out, you will enjoy it.

The experience was very different enjoyable! I enjoyed all the activities inside! Creating an environment that was comfortable!

I was impressed by the young staff who were friendly and knowledgeable. Visited with my 10-year-old twin grandchildren and they had a fabulous time.

We enjoyed the visit, however, the target audience is for children. We were a party of 7 adults. There really wasn’t a big selection of flavors available that day. No vanilla was offered.
