The trip from start to finish was well organized, well equipped, and flawlessly executed. We had excellent lunch and snack options. Jonathan is personable and very tuned into his clients. This was a very memorable experience—and well documented.

From Grewingk glacier lake to Kachemak Bay with Packraft. Arrival and pick-up by water taxi. First a hike with the Packrafts and equipment on the back of 4km via the Saddle trail to the lake with picturesque ice floes. The Grewingk creek is a glacial river about 4km long. The first kilometers well WW3 after the tram still fast water with secondary arms to the sea. Paddled as a canoe for the first time in Packraft and in a dry suit. Johnatan the guide was very helpful in dressing. Good briefing, very good direction. We visited and discussed heavier sections beforehand. In the lower section you have meh.r again opportunity to enjoy the dreamlike environment. After the mouth we were picked up again by the water taxi. We have encountered many seabirds and sea otters in the sea. Resumee: A wonderful day. Organization and material very good. Jonathan as local an experienced prudent guide breathtaking scenery

You really cannot go wrong here! Boat - good, River - good, Glacier Lake - good, Homer and Kenai Peninsula - good, The Guides - great. What a fantastic way to spent a day in Homer or on the Kenai Peninsula. If you can dream of a waterway you want to explore by boat, give these guys a call, they are up for adventure any way you look at it. Really cool idea, given that Pack-Rafts only weigh 8 pounds and fold down small enough to carry, which means you can take them into areas that no other boat can get to. New company, owned and run by guys that were raised to live and thrive outdoors in Alaska, don't hesitate, you are guaranteed a good time!
