Our tour started off with a stop for breakfast at a a cute spot to ensure we were fueled for the long day ahead. Our guide, Pedro, was informative and accommodating while ensuring there were opportunities to comfortably explore the various areas on the way and during the tour. Once we got to the attraction, Pedro continued to share fun insights from the herbal plant and throughout the tour. We experienced every presentation offered, the chocolate making, weaving demonstration, and honey and bee presentation as well as having an opportunity to go up to the lookout. Pedro also took excellent pictures of us at the key stops. We loved everything about this experience, it was a long day, but it was well worth it. Even my 12 year old was thoroughly engaged the entire time.

Very much worth the drive from Guatemala City! As a solo traveler, I was fortunate to have Pedro as my guide, and he made the experience truly memorable. I appreciated the fascinating history lessons, the introductions to local vendors, and the safe, comfortable transportation throughout the trip.One of the highlights was crossing beautiful Lake Atitlán, where the breathtaking views of the water and surrounding volcanoes were absolutely unforgettable. The scenery alone is worth the journey.What stood out most, however, was the kindness and warmth shown by everyone I met along the way. Pedro’s local knowledge and obvious love for sharing the essence of Guatemala made me feel welcome and at ease from start to finish. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Guatemala—it was a fun, enriching, and well-organized experience that exceeded my expectations.

Our guide DAVIS knew the 2.5 hour route to our destination and all the information about the towns along the way. Including anthropological histories, agriculture, changes and progression, and the history of the Mayan cultureSafe driver Attentive Gave us space when needed

We had the absolute best time with Andrea! She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and made sure we got to see everything possible. Cannot say enough great things about her!!!!!

What can I say about Luis and Ilsa. Luis made sure we got to Lake Atitlan safely and in a timely manner. Ilsa was an excellent tour guide who showed great patience with us when we couldn't keep up. She gave us a wealth of knowledge about the Guatemalan towns/tribes and their customs around the Lake and the country as a whole. I highly recommend this tour to Lake Atitlan. It was a wonderful experience.

Lake atitlan drive there was beautiful, and the rude across the lake was fun but bumpy. We explored San Juan with Tuk tuks and then walked and had a beer, before heading back for a wonderful lunch by the lake in Panachjel.

The tour was a lot of fun, starting with a private ride from Antigua to the lake, a boat ride across the lake with beautiful views of the volcanos, a tour of the city and the vibrant shops, and an easy return trip. Our guide was also so sweet and helpful every step of the way.

Overall, this was a good tour that I would recommend. It does end up being a long day (closer to 12 hours), but Lake Atitlan and San Pedro are worth it! My husband and I especially loved San Pedro. The mini workshops/tours were lovely and a great way to learn more about the local culture. They provided this portion in English and Spanish.The only reason for the four stars is because the tour is marketed as English, however our tour guide, that was with us the entire time, did not speak any English. The guide was very passionate and kind, and I could tell great with explaining things in Spanish. However considering this was quite a bit of money and 12 hours long, it was a bit frustrating to not understand my guide at all. I would suggest simply marketing this as a Spanish speaking tour to prevent confusion for the future.

My family and I had a wonderful time on the tour! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a phenomenal job showing us around the area while explaining the history and culture. Our driver Carlos was also very friendly and is a very experienced driver

So the experience is amazing the lake , the boat ride. Our tour guide and driver excellent. The travel is a too much .it is the only negative. Van ride for over 3 hours.

It was a trip to very beautiful part of the country surrounded by volcanoes and quaint villages. I would definitely recommend.

A long day but certainly worth it, it's a good three hour drive from the hotel to the lake but our guide Luis was a great conversationalist. Upon finally getting to the lake we were put on a private boat and took a good 45 mins ride to the island. Now honestly I could have gone without the island, it was essentially a trip to the island so they could take us to three different vendors the tour company probably has deals with to shop. Now I will concede, did buy some bomb rare honey, but all in all the highlight for me was simply gazing upon the lake and volcanos. I'll give these guys a solid B grade.

We've been to Panajachel & Lake Atitlan in the past. This is the first time that we booked a boat tour over to San Juan La Laguna. Taking the boat across was the fastest way between the two. Our group decided to spend 3 hours in San Juan rather than 2 with 1 hour in Panajachel. The street decorations and mural paintings are incredible. You can also buy completely hand made fabric goods that they make there in the town from the cotton trees.

Mirko was an excellent tourguide and an exeptional driver. He gave us GREAT recommendations and was knowledgeable of the area and Guatemala's history. 10/10 Recommend the tour.
