Top Exmouth Half-day Tours

A small number tour that allows a personal touch. Plenty of time in water. Plenty to see. A real feeling that the operator wants you to have a good time

Lovely and personal. Ken and his two lovely ladies made this a wonderful experience for my husband and I. Extremely knowledgable with alll species. We were fortunate to see rays, turtles and dolphins and when snorkelling ‘Yin’ one of the ladies was in the water with us and able to give us info on fish we saw that were unfamiliar to us. Plenty of time, not rushed. Highly recommend this great team.

We have just spent 10 days in Exmouth and the full day snorkel tour with Cape Emersion was by far the BEST thing we did!! I took my 11 year old daughter and both of us were inexperienced snorkelers and quite nervous but Skipper Ken and his snorkel guide Yip were so amazing and patient and quickly put us at ease helping us through the process and before we knew it we were very comfortable in the water. We saw so many different fish, dugongs, two types of dolphins, reef sharks and had the most amazing up close swimming encounter with gorgeous turtles! We had time on a lovely beach while a beautiful lunch was made for us and the tour was topped off with some whale watching! The whole day was so relaxing and we saw so much marine life. We went home on a massive high having had the best day! We will definitely be back. Would highly recommend!!

This was a fantastic snorkelling trip, Ken and Jamie were great tour guides and had so much knowledge about the reef, it's marine life and conserving this unique, beautiful environment. We had three snorkels and saw an abundance of beautiful different corals and marine life at each location. Loads of time in the water which we really appreciated and we never felt rushed. Lovely lunch and warm drinks. Highly recommended.

Exactly as described, we unfortunately only had one green turtle visit but still had a great time snorkeling seeing the beautiful inner reef, seen many other turtles from the boat also dolphins, mother and baby Dugong and sting rays. An excellent morning out on the water, with friendly and helpful skipper and assistant. Highly recommend it to families especially, great time.

A great afternoon on the reef, out on the boat with Ken and Yip. I didn't have a wetsuit, so was provided with one that was really comfortable. We snorkelled in two locations, then went looking for turtles (we saw three) on the boat. Yip, our guide in the water, took great care and informed us about what we were seeing as we snorkelled. As it was my first time snorkelling, I was a bit anxious, but ended up being quite relaxed about it, as the crew was wonderful. We really appreciated the hotel pick up and drop off as well. Highly recommend this tour.

We shared a fabulous day with only eight people at the beginning of the season. We were picked up by the delightful Jamie who was our careful guide, diving to find octopuses, rays and clam sites. Ken and Jamie know the reef very well and took usvto three teeming sites. As an older woman, I felt safe and well looked after. We had a snack and drinks after the first site, then lunch affter the fabulous second site. Fruit (grapes and watermelon) before the final site and we saw a dugong and turtle on the way back. It was really wonderful and really great value for the price.

If you’re in Ningaloo a snorkelling trip is a must and Ken and Emily were amazing. Very customer centred. Know the reef and the area. A good lunch and some very corny jokes along the way. Thoroughly recommend! We saw dolphins, turtles, rays, groupas and a dazzling array of multicoloured fish.

An interesting day on the water with Skipper Ken and Crew/Guide Jamie. Snorkelling conditions inside the fringe reef were somewhat disturbed & cold due to morning wind, but this dropped off in the afternoon. However, we saw lots of turtles, various sharks, schools of pretty fish, octopus, dolphins and whales up close in the afternoon. Nice summer lunch provided. Pick up & drop off from our accommodation was efficient.

This was a low-key, relaxed tour with Skipper Ken, and snorkelling tour guide Yip (a qualified dive instructor). We snorkelled two spots and saw an amazing array of sea life, including schools of colourful fish (too many to name), turtles, rays, catfish, groper - and an elusive dugong.

Great opportunity to snorkel and see all the beauty in the ocean and the coral reef with the myriad of colourful fishes swimming past. Very pleasant tour guide and boat captain. I would definitely recommend as an easy introduction to reef snorkeling. Even if we didn’t manage to see any turtles!

We had lots of fun, guides were interesting, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Awsome experience!

Wonderful trip. The skipper was very easy to talk to and interested in answering our questions. He also entertained us with Dad jokes throughout the tour. The scuba guide was awesome at spotting turtles, octopus and reef sharks that we would have missed. She dived down to point right at the places she spotted. Excellent snorkeling spots - we saw so many different, colorful fish. Thanks Ken and crew.

Amazing, would absolutely do again. Incredible experience and amazing guides!

Ken & Jamie were truly incredible on my tour. I did the tour solo and they made it very comfortable and fun. On our tour I was able to see stingrays, turtles, shark and lots of fish. This tour is the perfect amount of time to do something fun but still have the rest of your day to do anything else. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone traveling to Exmouth.

The crew are exceptionally experienced. Lot of marine life to see. Easy to get on and off the boat
