They were able to arrange free delivery directly to my villa, which made everything incredibly convenient. The paddleboard was clean, easy to use, and official they also gave me a extra lifejacket to use. Great communication responded back pretty fast the day of delivery, friendly service, and they went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute request. Highly recommend Supremo Water Sports!

I came to santa domingo alone, went to visit some family and this was a perfect conclusion to my trip. I booked the trip completely last minute. Maybe about an hour before the trip was supposed to leave, and they somehow still accommodated picking me up from my hotel. My tour guide Victor was delightful. He was well informed. And did a great time explaining so much history.I'm also disabled, so my guide definitely took his time. Helped me up and down the stairs at the lighthouse and the caves and did not make me feel as though I was holding the tour group back.The caves were surprisingly easy to maneuver. They gave us plenty of water because it was hot down there. He took awesome pictures for everybody in the group and even helped me negotiate with gift shop vendors.Food was fresh and authentic at the beach. Before we got there, he gave us the opportunity to shop for our own snacks and beach supplies. Boca chica was awesome. I felt safe, comfortable and well attended to the entire time.

Rented an inflatable paddleboard during our beach day and honestly had a really good experience. The board was delivered right to the beach on time, and they offered to inflate it, the paddleboard was in great condition, very stable on the water, and perfect for cruising along the shoreline. Even with small waves it handled really well. The whole process felt smooth and professional, and the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. I’d rent from them again !

We had a group of 4 with somewhat of a short notice no availblity was being shown on the website we sent an email and they responded in good time and also on whatsapp and were able to secure us paddleboards for a great price for our vacation we all had an awesome time no complaints except the sun was strong yikes....

It was a wonderful day seeing an nee part of the island an having the guide should us around… he was vary nice guys was great with our kids an made sure we had a great experience 😁 lots of fun

This was an amazing day thanks to Supremo water sports and the weather loool the river and ocean was beautiful. They were polite on time and easy to communicate with It. I was greeted by the delightful Jacier & Cane. Very informative. This was my first Inflatable kayak! Everything was fine and explained to me perfectly. they didn't charge for my dog. Thank you for the great experience I will definitely be back

We rented a paddleboard and waveboard to use at Neptuno beach the playa lol / they met us and was waiting we LOVE IT! The equipment is great and the service was convenient. The staff are great, knowledgeable and helpful even . I cant recommend them enough!

I love everything about these guys Although I did not paddleboard, the joy of my girlfriend using it on her birthday was everything and worth the reservation five star or circle worthy lol They arrived on time and inflated the board for us and made sure everything was fine.

We rented with these guys this past weekend and they went above and beyond even though i might of been woresome lol these guys stayed smiling and answered every question i had and was on time waiting for us at our resort to bring the paddleboards i will definitely recommend ! I meet so many rude people on vacation and these guys were amazing kudos to you supremo!

My friends and I had a great time kayaking in cabarete. i felt safe and it was really enjoyable This was a good stop on my vacation their company helped me enjoyed the DR they are a diamond in the ruff It was a blast!

This was an amazing rental and super easy. We enjoyed the easy process. The waves on the beach were strong but the board was stronger.

I love to kayak so it was a great workout the exercise was worth it for the view along the river which was really beautiful the day we went it was hot so if you have a hat wear it they did offer us a helmet to use but overall a great experience Cain and Hacier

We rented 3 kayaks and 2 SUPs, everything was fine, we had no problems, and great communication. I will definitely look for them again when I return next year
