Unbelievably experience.
Beyond our wildest dreams. Food was amazing and Barbara & Stephano are delightful people. Very knowledgeable about the food preparation process. The experience in getting to their home is an adventure by itself. Be sure to wear good walking shoes and prepare for uneven trail. Well worth the trip.

We had such a fun time at our cooking class in Riomaggiore! From making fresh pasta to learning how to prepare an authentic Italian meal, it was a perfect way to experience a little more of the local culture. Our instructor was wonderful, the food was delicious, and of course… we may have sampled a little wine along the way! 🍷😂

We had such a wonderful evening with Barbara & Stefano and couldn’t recommend this experience enough! ☺️They were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Barbara even helped us with the best bus connection and made sure we got home safely afterwards. Their beautiful home in the hills above Riomaggiore, overlooking the sea and sunset, is truly magical.You can immediately feel Barbara’s passion for authentic Italian cooking. She makes everything from scratch and has so much knowledge to share, guiding you through every step with lots of helpful tips and tricks.We learned how to make bruschetta, fresh pasta and tiramisu, before enjoying everything we made with delicious wine and a beautiful sunset. We never felt rushed, had lovely conversations, learned so much and their two adorable dogs were a bonus! 🐶A delicious, authentic and very special experience. Definitely one of the highlights of our Cinque Terre trip! 🇮🇹🍝

As a couple who loves exploring local flavors, we are so glad we added this sensory experience to our itinerary. The setting in Manarola is beautifully authentic, and the hosts made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The olive oil tasting was surprisingly fascinating—we learned so much about the regional production! Pairing the oils with fresh, warm focaccia and excellent local wine made for the perfect afternoon break. It’s a wonderful, intimate way to connect with the culinary traditions of the area in a relaxed environment. We highly recommend this to anyone wanting a delicious and cozy pause from exploring the villages. You won't regret it!

We had an absolutely marvelous cooking class. It was the last night of our family vacation and such a perfect end. My entire family came home eager to make pasta and replicate the recipes. Guilia was a patient and gracious teacher and made everything look easy. We highly recommend this experience and plan to take more cooking classes on future trips.

What a lovely experience! Barbara and Stephen were warm and welcoming, and the gorgeous setting couldn’t be beat! My daughter and I enjoyed learning and trying our hand at making bruschetta, gnocchi, and a fabulous fruit and cream dessert, then got to sit down and sample the fruits of our labor. It was a relaxed and memorable evening of fun, and I highly recommend it!

Wonderful experience with Ivonne n gentleman baker. Learned so much from this region's culture/history. These are 2 people that are passionate about what they do. There is an art involved in making the focaccia. The baker incorporates his own homemade oil n shares techniques of working with the dough. Here is also where pesto was born. Ivonne explains only the best ingredients from the region are blended to make the pesto. Truly enjoyed our time spent with them.

A wonderful experience
We spent our final evening of our trip on a private sunset cruise and what a way to finish off our trip! Silvia and Diego were great at communicating ahead of time- ensuring we had all the information we needed (logistics, anything we needed to have, anything that was provided) and on the day of the cruise (private sunset, Portovenere) we found the boat easily.The team on board were welcoming, gracious, attentive and very fun. As we cruised around we had refreshments , they gave us some interesting facts and history as well as local insights, which we loved hearing.We made a quick stop (45 min) to Portovenere where we walked around for a bit before getting back on the boat where we then went for a little swim. As we were swimming, the team prepared an absolutely delicious snack which was lovely.As we left, they gave us some local tips for where to eat/snack and what to see in La Spezia, should we decide to spend a few hours there (which we did)Highly recommend and would go back.
