But now, I deeply understand why they exist. Above all, Anton showed me just how incredibly valuable my own life is. When you compare your own reality to life in Transnistria (or Pridnestrovie, as it is called now)—a country unrecognized by the rest of the world—you realize that you are actually the richest person on Earth. This personal connection with Anton became one of the most defining moments of my life.We were on the road for about 12 hours in total, spending a solid 8 to 9 hours with Anton and his friend Dima. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for everything, and I truly hope many more people get the chance to book this journey with Anton. You will definitely not regret it, I guarantee you that.If you are looking for a standard, textbook tour guide, Anton is the wrong person for you. You need to be an open-minded person. You have to be worldly and, above all, able to speak from the heart and truly connect with Anton. Only then will you experience the real essence of this place. If you want to visit Pridnestrovie (Transnistria), Anton is the perfect person to go with.There are two main ways to experience Pridnestrovie: you can take a guide from Chișinău, Moldova, who will explain the history and facts to you, or you can go with a local who actually lives in Pridnestrovie. With Anton, you get the chance to learn what it is really like to live in an unrecognized country and hear about the challenges and everyday realities from someone who knows the place firsthand.Of course, you will still learn about the history, but from a different perspective. And if you want the other perspective, you can always find plenty of information about it online anyway.For me, Anton is much more than just a guide, he is an experience. He asks questions and encourages you to think about things for yourself rather than simply giving you a standard explanation. I really appreciated that approach.He also showed me places that were a little off the usual tourist route, which gave me an even better sense of what the place is really like.I honestly have nothing to complain about. Anton also helped arrange my transfers from Chișinău all the way to Tiraspol. I stayed overnight, and the following day he arranged the transfer back for me as well, which made everything very easy.I really appreciated the experience and would definitely recommend checking out Pridnestrovie with Anton if you want to see and understand the place from a local perspective.

Anton's tour is, in fact, a tour, contrary to what he may tell you in messages. You do see the sights of Tiraspol, but truly through the perspective of somebody who lives there. If you want history of Pridnestrovie, this tour, as other reviews say, is not for you, but Anton really does make this clear from the offset.We got longer than the advertised amount of time, as well as a lift from Chisinau from the amazing Dima, with stops in Bender to show us the highlights on our way to Tiraspol, allowing us to see both cities in one trip.You will see a couple of things with Anton's name on; furthermore Anton does every now and again try to sell his tours or transfers to other tourists you may run into (we had this in the souvenir shop). That is my only one gripe at all, as I think whilst we are on the tour, the focus should be the current clients, not future ones, however overall not enough at all for this tour to be any less than five stars. Anton is an overall great guide, and his insights are so incredibly interesting this is worth every penny.

This city tour was a fabulous introduction to Chisinau. Our guide, Diana, was excellent & gave us lots of interesting information. We would thoroughly recommend this trip. Diana enthusiastically introduced us to her city. Nothing was too much trouble.

Easily the best tour of Transnistria. The experience at Dima’s house and Vita, the guide’s knowledge, kindness, and patience was top notch. If you’re unsure which of the many tours of Transnistria to decide upon, this is the tour for you.

This is a "must do" experience when visiting Chisinau. The largest wine cellar in the world is quite something to behold. 1.5 million bottles of wine!! The knowledgeable guide provided details of the origin of the cellar, the processes involved, who kept their wines in the cellars and much more. At the end of the tour there was an individual plate of meats and olives plus three glasses of wine - red, white and dessert. Dasha was a very safe driver and collected me from the hotel. She provided much interesting information about Chisinau and Moldova which I would otherwise not have known.

This was one of the most interesting tours in a most unusual place, the country that apparently doesn't exist! Tatiana was a most knowledgeable and approachable guide and gave us many helpful tips. We visited all the main attractions in Tiraspol and also spent time in Bender after lunch at her parents house which included homemade wine and brandy! Would highly recommend visiting Pridnestrovie (Transnistria) for an authentic experience off the beaten track.

I recently spent a few days in Chișinău and was honestly surprised by how relaxed and welcoming the city feels.Chișinău is also a good base if you are interested in wine culture. Moldova has a strong winemaking tradition, and many travelers take short trips to nearby wineries. Food is simple but comforting, with local dishes served in cozy restaurants at reasonable prices.Overall, I would recommend Chișinău to travelers who enjoy less crowded capitals, authentic local vibes, and a slower pace. It may not be packed with famous landmarks, but it offers a genuine experience that feels refreshingly different.

We had a good tour with our lovely guide. We saw many interesting things and learned a lot about how wine is produced and stored. The guide explained everything clearly and in an engaging way. The wine tasting at the end was absolutely fantastic and a perfect finish to the experience.

I am really impressed about this region, a location no one recognize, the trip was perfectly organized by our tour guide, truly suggest this adventure back to ussr time

Our tour guide Lilia was fantastic. Since there were only four of us, the tour felt very private and personalized. Lilia reads her audience extremely well and adjusts her approach to the group, which I really appreciated. She shared many interesting facts and historical insights about Transnistria. Very informative tour with many museums, parks and admin buildings. We spent more than 5 hours walking in the city center and surrounding neighborhoods.

The place is spectacular, very clean and the history is fascinating. The agency is spectacular and Guide Tatiane knows a lot about history.
