I had an amazing experience on the 3-day Banff tour and would definitely recommend it!All three days were equally enjoyable, and every place I visited was beautiful. The itinerary was very well planned, with enough time at each stop to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and explore without feeling rushed. The transportation was comfortable, and everything throughout the three days was well organized.What really made the experience special were our guides — Tammy, Andrew, and Layse. All three were incredibly friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and gave us lots of interesting information throughout the tours.Tammy was wonderful — very friendly, knowledgeable, and fun throughout the day. She explained everything really well and shared lots of interesting information about the places we visited. She was also very helpful and took the time to help everyone take photos at the different stops.Andrew was extremely funny and a great talker, which made the day especially entertaining. He shared so much information and also gave us several restaurant recommendations. I tried one of the places he recommended and absolutely loved it!Layse was also fantastic and went out of her way to help us. During the lunch break, the restaurant was very busy and she helped us get a seat, which was very thoughtful. She also recommended a place for hot chocolate, and it turned out to be really good!I genuinely enjoyed everything about the three days. The scenery was incredible, I had enough time at the stops, and each guide brought their own personality to the experience.A huge thank you to Tammy, Andrew, and Layse for making my trip so memorable. I would absolutely recommend the 3-day tour to anyone wanting to experience Banff and the surrounding areas!

This 3 day tour operated by BanffToDo covered almost all places. If you have Sammy as your guide consider yourself very lucky. We had 3 different guides on 3 days. Sammy was the best. He was very funny, knowledgeable & a nice driver. All of us loved his jokes & sense of humor. I would like BanffToDo to give Kudos to Sammy on our behalf.

We took a 3 day tour and this does not disappoint. They have 3 different routes for different days and drivers change accordingly. Mark was our favourite driver/guide among all the people we experienced. They have small vehicles so it’s not crowded, almost feels like a private tour. Guides are very particular about being on time and ensure that people have clear instructions on safety and punctuality.

Our Guide Max was wonderful, he loves nature and all the beauty of the Canadian Rockies. He took us to various lakes that exhibit such color and told us how the mountains and the lakes combine to make beautiful colors.

This was a really great trip. The itinerary was really well balanced. The days were long however made the absolute most of our short time in the Rockies. We went at the beginning of June and were really lucky spotting wildlife. We saw elk, marmots, mountain sheep, and bears including cubs! So special. We were a little apprehensive about booking as there were no reviews however the itinerary was exactly what we wanted and when we read into it we found out that this was because they primarily market to Mandarin speakers and this tour was listed as a new tour when we booked. Our guide Max was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The tour caters well to both English and Mandarin speakers. We were in a small tour group (4 people).

Everything is organized very well. Bus drivers are guides as well. Our driver Ben is very interested speaker. Guides are pointed to very imported details of the tours. There were no delays. Buses are very clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed the trip despite the off and on rain. The tour leader Zoe was great, giving great narrative and expertly driving us for two days. We stayed at the Calgary Marriott at the airport and the meeting place for Calgary pickup was advertised as downtown Calgary but she picked us up at the Marriott which was great (and also returned us there). Then Zoe picked up two others so there was just 4 of us, so almost like a private tour. All the lakes we saw were so beautiful and there was plenty of time to enjoy each one. The visit to the Columbia Icefields included a fun walk on the glacier. One night was included at the David Thomson Resort. It was rather rustic but clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was a typical hotel buffet, nothing special.

This is an amazing trip covering all the special attractions in Banff Park. Buses were always on time, we had Tammy and she is beyond amazing! She always gave clear instructions on where to go and see the best view point of an attraction. She also comes up to the point and asks to take our pics which was super kind of her. We absolutely loved her! This tour is definitely on our recommendation to anyone looking to explore Banff.

The tour guides were excellent! Super knowledgeable and clear on every aspect of the trip! Oscar, Jay and zgray were fantastic.

Andrew was a great guide and provided a lot of interesting information during the tour. Also a careful driver which made it very relaxing in these winter conditions. All places we saw were amazing. Would highly recommend this tour.

Our guides Ben and Ivan are nice and helpful. We can see many attractions in two days. There is some overlap in the itineraries of the two days, but it's okay to visit Lake Louise twice.

One of the three days I had booked with this company was cancelled just 48 hours before my trip to Canada, so I was moved to a similar two-day tour. It also meant rearranging some of my other planned activities at very short notice, so I have to take one star off. Although I usually travel independently, this is a convenient way to see the main highlights without having to worry about the logistics. For me, though, there simply wasn’t enough time to really take everything in. A special thank you to our driver/guide, Oscar, who calmly kept the itinerary on track and safely got us wherever we needed to be. Overall, a convenient and well-organised tour that definitely left me with an appetite for more - and I think that “more” is exactly what I missed the most.
