Along with visiting the Grand Egyptian Museum and pyramids, we were interested in a beach experience during this trip to the land of the Pharaohs. With my research showing the Mediterranean coast too expensive and exclusive, the Red Sea seemed a viable and affordable option during our five-day visit to Egypt. And for the most part, it was. Sun, sand, a steady sea breeze cooling us off, thatch beach umbrellas - all quite beach-like.On arrival, we were ushered into a changing room in the home of the owner of the company that brought us there. Then it was out to the beach for 2 hours, at which time lunch would be served. Another hour and a half later, it was time to leave for Cairo - about 1.5 hours away (or less, if the driver puts the pedal to the metal as ours did on the drive there - at times fast enough to be a bit unnerving - on the return, I requested a bit more relaxed pace). However, there really wasn't a "beach" as someone from the mid-Atlantic region of the USA thinks of it - there was sand, but near the water were beds of smooth rocks, with large tubes of concrete running perpendicular to the shore, offering a walkway out into the sea. And no real waves - just 6-12 inch swells. Our driver and guide were affable and happy to answer any questions we had about life in Egypt.Suggestions: 1) give a quick raking of the umbrella area between guests to clear away the cigarette butts and other debris - maybe provide a trash bag at each umbrella 2) we were transported in a car with driver and guide - re climate change, what about transporting several people/couples at a time in a small van to save energy/pollution? 3) the lunch was acceptable - take-out grilled chicken and yellow rice. I had mentioned that we were primarily vegetarian (I should have been more direct) - but if it's a take-out meal anyway, why not provide a couple of options on arrival (within a price range) and let people make a choice? 4) maybe prime the guide to offer comments on various things passed on the way - the military barracks, where did the Red Sea get its name, issues related to the flow of the Nile, unsuccessful revolution of 2011, etc.All in all, we wanted a beach and got a beach - thanks!

Everything's good except the driver, he's dealing with shops that take our attention from the drivers.

The little boy who was my driver was very skilled. He can drive sitting in front with his hand behind holding the atv wheel and also from behind. The boy knew how to take nice photod

Outstanding Private Tour of Cairo, the Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum!I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Paul on my private tour of Cairo, the Pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum, and the Red Sea. From beginning to end, Paul was punctual, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly accommodating. He arrived on time and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the day. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated being able to enjoy each location at a comfortable pace. Paul was attentive to what I wanted to see and made the entire experience feel personalized rather than like a typical scheduled tour.Visiting the Pyramids of Giza was already a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but having a knowledgeable and dependable guide made it even more memorable. The Grand Egyptian Museum was equally impressive, and Paul helped make navigating such an extraordinary amount of Egyptian history enjoyable and stress-free.What impressed me most was Paul's professionalism and genuine hospitality. Traveling in another country can sometimes feel overwhelming, but I felt comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout the entire day. He answered questions, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure I had an enjoyable experience from start to finish. If you are visiting Egypt and considering a private tour of Cairo, the pyramids, or the Grand Egyptian Museum, I highly recommend Paul! He exceeded my expectations and contributed greatly to making my visit to Egypt so special.Thank you, Paul, for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. This was truly an unforgettable experience, and I would absolutely book with you again! ️Dr. Sylvia Cole10/10 — Highly recommended!

Mr Ahmed is an absolute excellent guide who made my Red Sea trip lovely! 🥰

Beautiful. You cross the desert and arrive at the sea. Resorts in April empty, but the sea is fine. The guide very kind and very prepared, speaks perfect Italian. He accompanied and assisted us in everything.

Absolutely amazing day with very friendly guides. The water was crystal clear and we were served a great meal on the beach. We also saw plenty of dolphins!! Everyone was so friendly and it was an absolutely perfect experience. We did many excursions but this was my absolute favorite! I would definitely recommend this one to everyone!!!

We really enjoyed the red sea on the beach with my wife. Walkin and relaxing on the beach with clear water and sunny day is worth visiting. The tour guide Fahd is very friendly and helpful.

A great experience! No helmets or safety explained etc so be aware of that. Lots of fun with a view of the pyramids in the distance!

Had a wonderful time. Had a relaxing day at a 5-star resort outside of Cairo. It is for those who want to have a relaxing day at the beach.

The driver and guide were both wonderful! Very knowledgeable and entertaining. The ships wiring to enter the Suez Canal was an added benefit.

Moussa and Hady were my guide and driver. They were great, both spoke English, very friendly and fun to spend the day with. Everything provided as promised.
