Perfect experience, downtown visit with Alessia. Knowledgeable and friendly guide. Very professional, pleasant, and well-prepared on the proposed route, which truly surprised us by including a crossing with the River Ferry. 4 hours of the visit passed pleasantly and even too quickly. Even after the end of the visit, she proved to be available to help us with advice on further visits we could do on our own.

Irene our guide was fantastic she explained all the historical facts through stories to keep the kids interested and brought us to the non touristy spots for photos my kids really enjoyed her company and it was great value for money

The day before the tour, she gave me exact location to meet and described her outfit, so I can identify her easily. She is very knowledgeable, fun loving, personable, engaging. Also she is true New Yorker, she knows a lot about NYC. We had so much fun with her. Both my friend and I would request her again in a heartbeat!

Irene was a great tour guide... showing us around Brooklyn Heights, Dumbo and crossing the Brooklyn Bridge.The tour is a nice change from touring Manhattan and seeing what Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo is like. Crossing the Brooklyn Bridge was also nice!
