Jean met us promptly at our set meeting spot & took me and my 3 friends to on a 2+ hour train ride, then up the mountain on the Eiger Express Gondola, then to another underground train up to Jungfraujoch/Top of Europe for the most amazing views of the Alps, that truly felt like a once in a lifetime experience! During our trip, he kept us on time to meet our connections, helping us when ever we needed an extra hand (or group picture!) & after the mountain, we visited the quaint town of Grindelwald (Lauterbrunnen's waterfall was frozen, so we were given the option to change our 2nd stop to Grindelwald) Jean recommended to us a comfortable and delicious restaurant that was a great end to our spectacular day! We highly recommend Jean, as he also shared many interesting and fascinating facts about the area and a lot of Swiss history as well! Great tour & great guide! Thanks Jean!

Jean our guide was amazing and the views from Jungfraujoch Top of Europe were simply incredible. A day well spent with friends, I would highly recommend this once in a lifetime experience.

We traveled up to Schlithorn and stopped in Lauterbrunnen as well! Unfortunately the weather did not grant us a view that day but Gene more than made up for it with our photo opportunity, not to mention he got our train tickets upgraded and also found an opportunity for me to go paragliding last minute. He 💯 made the tour for us!

We had a great day with our guide Peter. While the weather was poor he made sure we still had fun. Would definitely recommend.

Our time with tour guide Eric was amazing. He was punctual, knew exactly how to maneuver the trains / buses / cable cars to get us to the top of the mountain. He provided us with great stories about the area and the history of the towns. A great way to spend the day in Bern. Would absolutely recommend it to others!

The scenery on the train rides through Lauterbrunnen, Jungfrau, and Grindelwald was spectacular. Victor, our guide, was well informed, professional, fun, and he shared so many interring facts about the area. This tour was definitely worth the cost as you won’t see anything like this elsewhere.

Leighton was a fabulous guide today. Attentive to every detail from the time of meeting me at my hotel to returning me to the hotel. He ensured the trip was highly entertaing by staying engaged at all times. Very professional. My hope is that our paths will cross on another trip.
