We had a fun day touring rhe Barossa with Charles. He has a great knowledge of the region and the industry. Each Winery we visited was interesting and had a deep connection to the Barossa. Lunch was delicious and we highly recommend this tour.

Wine tasting at Yalumba

Wine tasting at Yalumba
My partner and I visited Yalumba late on a Monday afternoon. Although it was close to closing time and we were the only people there, the person who was running the tasting was extremely happy to accommodate this. After expertly running through the background to the wines we were tasting and giving us a brief history of the different grapes, we were left to taste the wines (Yummy BTW!). The lady then came back with a small platter of cheese and small goods (left over from the day)!!! We can’t recommend the service highly enough, the setting was amazing and the wines wonderful.

Classic Mustang Convertible Barossa Valley Half Day Private Tour For 2

What an experience
Cruising through the Barossa in a Mustang was one of those experiences that just sticks with you. What really made it though was Tony. An absolute legend behind the wheel — clearly someone who knows the region like the back of his hand. He struck the perfect balance between letting us soak it all in and sharing just the right stories and local knowledge along the way. Nothing felt rushed, everything felt easy. Between the scenery, the car, and Tony’s effortless driving, it turned into more than just a trip — it felt like a proper experience. If you’re ever thinking about exploring the Barossa, this is hands down the way to do it.

Best Tour in Barossa
Tony is so knowledgeable about wine, harvests, cultivation, history, etc., he could do the tour on his own! Unique and different, worth doing (ladies please wear pants - I wore a dress, huge mistake!). The ride was great and the beauty of Barossa is breathtaking!

Great day out in a fine cab with a most hospitable host.
We did a full day tour with Skip and Barossa Red Vintage Tours as part of reliving our honeymoon from many years ago. Rachel and Skip were easy to deal with from the start and very flexible around itineraries. We had a great day and Skip was a fine and knowledgeable host giving a great overview of the areas history. The taxi was a great way to get around the Barossa. We highly recommend using Barossa Red Vintage Tours if visiting the Barossa. Thanks Skip and Rachel.Tony and Lynda

What an amazing tour!
We did a tour last wknd. It was a group of 10 of us. It was absolutely fabulous. Jess was really patient with our group and her passion and pride of Yalumba, its history and significance to Australian winemaking really came through. It was educational and insightful. The buildings are beautiful, the stories are interesting and the way the family has respected the history and its importance within the Barossa is great to see. Oh, and the wine is great too! Highly recommended.

Wine & Food tastings
Tony was a great host taking us to three wineries for cheese, chocolate and pizza tastings with wine. He was very engaging and made sure everything ran very smoothly and took all the hassle out of booking the separate wine and food tastings and driving us around we didn’t have to worry about drinking and driving.

The ONLY way you should do barrossa valley
This is THE WAY to see barrossa valley. Just my wife and I in a private luxury vehicle. Matt was our guide and he was so incredible and passionate about wine and Adelaide. Forget the big tour busses and crowds; keep it intimate and fun!We went to two different wineries and probably the best restaurant in Adelaide for lunch. We had the best time all thanks to Matt !

A Truly Barossan Wine Experience – High-End Private Day Tour

The Best for Barossa
Such a wonderful way to spend Valentines Day. And while we didn't get to spend the day with Matthew, we did get to spend the day with Matt. He was very knowledgeable fun, and kept us on schedule. First stop, Artisans of Barossa. Amazing wines, especially those from Lienert Vineyards. Then lunch at FINO in Seppeltsfield, an exceptional restaurant. On to Two Hands and their powerhouse Shiraz. Lastly, it was a stop at Torbreck, producer of some of the world's most sought after Shiraz. Then, unfortunately, it was time to head back to the ship. Thank-you, Matt, for arranging this tour around our cruise ship schedule. The whole day was memorable. I would give you six stars if I could. I just wish that I had been able to purchase and bring back more wine. Twelve bottles wasn't enough. I have had some good Syrahs (Shiraz) produced here in the US, but I now truly believe that the best are produced in Australia, specifically the Barossa Valley.
