Such a beautiful place…everyone was so nice. Cooking class was informational and delicious…rum tasting was interesting and the rum is strong! The venue itself is beautiful and the best part was honestly the bird aviary..: the guide was fun and full of information. We were there long enough to zip line and the guys were so fun!

We try to experience the island's culture while we visit the Caribbean, and this was fun! We learned the history and how rum is made at Mt. Gay. The culinary class was well taught, and we found that we like flying fish!

My sister's and I had the BEST TIME EVER cooking with Don and Dru(my apologies if it's spelled incorrectly) we went to the beautiful home of Corinne(my apologies again). We learned how to make Run Punch, Green seasoning, lamb stew, REAL MACARONI PIE, and blank cake and then we sat and ate everything we cooked. It was beautiful. It felt like home and they felt like family!

It was a really fun experience! My family and I had a really great time. Dameain was amazing and the drinks were tasty. We highly recommend this activity!

This was the most amazing experience. Dameain was so fun and knowledgeable, and we just had a great time. I didn't know that the class is a private class, so it's only your group there. The rum was great, which surprised me because I'm not really a rum drinker, but it was absolutely delicious. During the class, now only do you learn about the cocktail making process, but you also make your own cocktails based on your tastes. They were so delicious that I had to write down the ingredients to remake at home! Dameain also taught us how to take the prettiest pictures of our drinks! This is a MUST do on any visit to Barbados.

This was a fun and delicious experience. Our chef was well trained and had us making Bajun food quickly and easily. Our Flying Fish and Cou Cou was incredible, our rum punch so perfect, and our Cassava Pone interesting and a great end to our meal. We made our food in their home kitchen. It felt welcoming and intimate. We took home our recipes and have made the punch and pone and had rave reviews for both. Don’t hesitate to experience this class if you love to cook, eat, and learn about Barbados.

Went with a group of friends for my birthday. The tour was just long enough and very informational, the rum was delightful, and the cooking part was basic but fun!

Yeah, I had a lot of fun. I enjoyed learning how to cook flying fish. The rum testing class was an experience.

Leandra clearly knows her product. My experience was amazing because of her expertise! Her sorbet is delicious and should be in every restaurant and hotel on Barbados. It's local and made by a lovely professional lady!

Leandra is exceptional! We had the best time learning about see native fruits of the island and had the chance to taste them all. Delicious! You have the opportunity to make your own sorbet and taste her sorbet creations as well. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work and business. Guests had a really good time. They came with an open mind and ready to learn and mix cocktails. they were very competitive as was stated in the beginning. As a couple the nevertheless helped each other to create awesome cocktails.

This had to be one of the best and most interactive experiences I've ever had. Dameain made the whole experience fun, educational, and, of course, tasty.You can tell he takes his craft seriously and has a passion for craft cocktail making and mixology. I would 1000% recommend this activity to anyone visiting Barbados.I booked this for my husband's birthday and he enjoyed it a lot. If you're looking for something to do other than beaches, booked this tour!!

We had such a fun time cooking with Danica today. We started off making authentic rum punch, and put it in the freezer to chill. Then we prepared a pone with cassaba and coconut and popped it into the oven to bake. Next was flying fish and cou cou, using delicious herbs and other ingredients to make a marinade and sauce. Plus a pickle side dish! Danica was an excellent teacher and was also great in assigning tasks to each of us. We had lunch together, drank our chilled rum punch, then finished off the meal with our “fresh out of the oven” pone. It was a completely different dessert than any of us had ever tasted — it was so good!Thank you Kareen and Danica for an excellent experience.

The host and cook went above expectations for us. We wanted to try a vegetarian dish, and they went so far as to find bread fruit in a neighbor's tree, because it was not the season to find it in the store. The kitchen was spotless, much cleaner than mine. We cooked more lamb then we could possibly eat, yummy 😋.
