Top Armenia Overnight Tours

This 2-day private tour is the perfect and very efficient way to explore a big part of the country, as it covers all the important attractions. It’s very convenient that they come pick you up and that everything (except food) is already included in the price. Our guide Arman was very kind and flexible, a great driver, and highly knowledgeable not only about the attractions, but also in general about Armenian history, culture, economy, etc., which was very much appreciated. We’d highly recommend this tour!

Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Armenian Adventure We recently used Gira Travel for several services during our holiday, including an airport transfer, a day trip to the Garni Temple, the Symphony of Stones, and the Geghard Monastery. We also booked a longer excursion through southern Armenia featuring prominent landmarks such as the Tatev Monaster, the Areni Winery and many many more landmarks.Customisation and Flexibility What initially drew us to this company was their willingness to adapt their standard itineraries. They happily tailored our southern route to include a two-night stay in Goris and a return journey via Lake Sevan. This bespoke approach ensured our holiday felt personal and unhurried.Vehicles and Driving The transport provided was top-tier: Spacious and comfortable cars that made long-distance travel relaxing. Our guides were expert drivers, combiinig speed and security in a busy city and difficult mountain terrain. Thoughtful touches, such as supplying in-car device chargers, wifi, and letting us curate our own road trip playlist.Guides and Local Hospitality Our drivers and guides were fantastic assets to the experience. They spoke fluent English and Russian, demonstrated deep historical and cultural knowledge, and embodied genuine Armenian hospitality. Furthermore, they expertly managed our comfort with well-timed refreshment stops, clean facilities, and diverse lunch recommendations ranging from local family-run eateries to casual food courts.Organisation and Value The logistical execution was flawless. Pre-booked tickets for the Wings of Tatev cable car were bundled into the tour cost, allowing us to bypass long queues entirely. Given the high standard of care, extensive sightseeing, and seamless coordination, the pricing was remarkably reasonable, offering exceptional value for money. Verdict We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and strongly recommend Gira Travel.

I had a wonderful experience in Armenia, and a big part of that is thanks to Hayek Tours for managing the entire trip so seamlessly. From the planning stage to execution, everything was thoughtfully organised. The itinerary was well paced, flexible where needed, and covered all the highlights without ever feeling rushed. Transport was comfortable and reliable, and the driver was steady, professional, and punctual throughout. Our guide Sona was truly exceptional. Knowledgeable, warm, patient, and engaging, she brought Armenia’s history, culture, and landscapes alive in a way that felt personal and enriching. She was an absolute delight to travel with and made every day feel special.I also want to specifically mention Hayk, the CEO of the company. His responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out from the very first interaction. He was always available, proactive in communication, and clearly takes personal pride in delivering a high-quality experience. It’s rare to see leadership so involved and so genuinely committed to client satisfaction.Overall, this was a beautifully managed trip, and I felt well looked after at every stage. I would confidently recommend Hayek Tours to anyone planning to visit Armenia and would gladly use their services again.

I highly recommend Yerani Travel On time for pick up and drop off They have a very friendly tour guide Ana she is well Educated Guide and well to do and the Drivers are so polite

Hayk and Rima are both so friendly and knowledgable, we were flat out out 2.5 days and saw/ did so much, amazing country and trip

I’m so glad I chose this private 2-day tour of Armenia. I don’t know how else I could’ve seen that much of Armenia otherwise. I travel alone as a solo female, and it was fine. Tigran was my driver and I felt perfectly safe with him driving, and he also was very nice. Shushan was very helpful in organizing everything and answered my questions promptly, even after hours. I highly recommend this tour and company to see more of Armenia than I could any other way, other than renting a car, and I’d really just rather sit back and enjoy the ride. Excellent experience!

Did 2 tours with them, one is Garni-Geghard and Lake Sevan day tour and the one is 2 days 1 night to South Armenia (Khor Virap -Areni winery -Shake-Tatev ( night in Goris ), Khndzoresk swinging bridge-Noravank -Yerevan)Had limited time there and Nvard (the guide) was very resourceful to accommodate my schedule and find traveling partners to help lower my traveling cost.Nvard is a very knowledgeable guide with deep knowledge of each place, giving lots of background information on the places we visit. She is also very mindful of the weather conditions and make changes to itinerary so that we can tour the place in the best weather conditions.Well trusted, honest, friendly and knowledgeable guide. Highly recommended to use their guide services when in Armenia.

This was a superb tour. I'd class it as a wondeful two day experience of part of a beautiful country and its people. To us, it became less of a tour and more of a trip with two friends, guide Nvard and driver Tigran. We were lucky with the weather and first stop was a beautiful blue sky view of Mt Ararat. Coming from Australia, this was a great sight for us, with the Khor Virap monastery perfectly placed and interesting. The Armenian countryside was lovely and we moved on to an easily accessible and beautiful Jemruk waterfall. We could have stayed there all day and enjoyed the peace and sounds of water. It seemed to us that there was something interesting around every corner and the nxt stop was the Noravank Monastery, in a stunning red rock setting. We loved parts of the quiet roads, with large flocks of sheep being tended by shepherds on horseback slowing us down. Overnight at Goris and a lovely, new restaurant overlooking the town.As an added bonus, the following morning we braved the suspension bridge to a wonderful cave 'city' in lovely surroundings, before experiencinmg the 'Wings of Tatev', the longest cable car ride in the world. Very enjoyable, along with the Tatev Monastery. What we saw was wonderful, with lovely, friendly people everywhere we went. We thought that many of the things we saw in Armenia would be tourist hotspots if in middle Europe, but we were able to enjoy them in relative peace. What makes a tour successful or otherwise is often the guide and here we struck the jackpot. We can't speak highly enough of Nvad, who was knowledgable, justly loved her country, but most importantly treated us as her guests for the two days.We laughed a lot, learnt a lot and had fun.Book this trip, it was one of the best ever.

We had booked a few trips in Armenia through Yerani Travels our booking was done by Diana and everything was just perfect they come on time, cars and drivers are good and price is very economical we just loved our trip to Armenia with help of Yerani Travels it just added the comfort to the already amazing place

Fantastic experience. Thanks to this tour, we were able to see all the most interesting sites with extreme flexibility to meet our needs. Arnes, our guide, was truly exceptional, always available and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Had a wounderful trip and seen so many nice places thanks to our driver and the agency. Easy going with timing, no rush nicely done

The time I decided to travel to Armenia I was looking around for a tour guide and everywhere I found "Hayk" on pages being the best . Though I saw many other options but something made me not think twice about my decision and I booked Hayk for my trip . And TRuSt me this is the best decision I took for ARMENIA. He was amazinggg , he explained everything about Armenia , took us to the most beautiful sites , monuments and we had the best of food. And as we leave, we leave behind very good memories and an ABSOLUTE TREASURE FRIEND "HAYK"So people travelling to Armenia don't think twice and just book him . You will never regret.

When we started planning for the Armenia trip and saw Hayk's rating at a 5/5, I thought this cant be real. I was terribly wrong. Hayk should be rated 10 out of 5!! He is the best guide we ever had in the last 20 years of travelling. He was so genuine, so passionate about history, Armenia, places where we visiting, humble, friendly etc etc. We were in Armenia this December 2023 for a 7 days family trip and Hayk was with us for 5 days.Hayk made all travel and hotel reservations for us - including the Hobbit house at Dilijan. It was an amazing experience with tons of snow. The stay at Yerevan was arranged near the flea market - Just across the street. Other hotels were also really nice.Really wonderful experience and looking forward to going back to Armenia in summer.

My friend and I did a 2-day tour across the South of Armenia. Our guide Arman was very knowledgeble, sharing context and interesting facts for the places we visited, drove safely and made our experience truly enjoyable (suggesting additional stops, and even making coffee for us on the road!).Before our trip, communication was very responsive and any questions we had was sorted out quickly.I would absolutely recommend this tour to everyone that has limited time, but wants to get to know better the amazing history, landscapes and culture of Armenia.

We had e really good time on our two-day trip. Armen has a very good knowledge of all the places and their history. The trip was very varied, and we never drove for too long at a time. Armen was very attentive to our needs, and he’s a pleasant driver.

I found the tour great & it was an incredible thing to experience. The length of the visit was perfect. We were three people and had a really nice time! The atmosphere was nice and a special thank you to Armen, our guide :) He was patient, drove really well and was really nice☺️.
