The experience was awesome. I learned some new cooking recipes that at home I would have not tried 😋. Nicole was laid back and very informative about cooking. I experience the the Jerk by Nicole's best Jerk chicken I've ever had.My hat does out to Nicole grand finale of my trip. Thank you 😊

We had a great experience with Nicole in late August. We chose the cooking with rum option since a few of us do not eat seafood. The rum option was very filling and came with chicken kabobs and the rum cake. We had more than enough food and everything was delicious!We were so lucky that Nicole kept our experience with three of us, it was so intimate. We got to cook and share so many stories with Nicole, who is just a fantastic host! She kept the cooking fun and easy but also was super educational in explaining ingredients and substitutes we could use at home as needed. Her cooking assistant was also very sweet, she was a little soft spoken but just as welcoming as Nicole and would also offer us cooking tips and explanations. During our lunch we also got to meet one of Nicole's produce suppliers who was such an interesting character and had so many stories and life experiences to share with us. It was an amazing lunch and such a unique experience/excursion that I have been able to experience in my travels around the world (and one of my top favorites!). This is definitely a MUST DO in Antigua. The price is worth the experience, and length was decent at about 4 hours.

Me and my brother loved the whole experience from start to finish. I saw the experience on Tik Tok and knew it was something I wanted to try. Our instructor was knowledgeable, helpful and funny and we both left with a bottle rum we were so happy with! I would definitely recommend this experience.

Had a great time from start to finish. Would highly recommend if have a chance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience fun but also easy. Be prepared to DRINK LOTS OF RUM !!

A really fun afternoon! I spotted this location on Google Earth and after looking at their website thought it would be a different kind of excursion to do with the family. It's great to find something new.The staff were friendly and helpful, the r rum was excellent (the coffee and the caramel were my favourites - I think the coffee was the winner though, it was exceptional). All in all a great experience.

This was a great cooking class! When my husband and I arrived, Nicole thought we were a day early, but we had our reservation. She was gracious and provided us with a private 4-hour class. She explained and demonstrated everything well, and we really enjoyed everything we made. She was delightful, chatted with us as we cooked, and then shared the meal. Highly recommend Nicole's cooking classes!

It was an excellent day. We learned new dishes and the interaction was as if we were spending the half day with a friend, (laughing, talking and enjoying good food together).

Our visit to Nicole’s Table was one of the absolute highlights of our cruise. We chose the Coordinating Curry Class, and it turned out to be so much more than a cooking lesson — it felt like spending the afternoon in the home of friends who genuinely love sharing their culture, food, and stories. We joined another family and from the moment we arrived, Nicole made us feel completely welcome. She has a warm, engaging personality and a natural way of teaching that makes every step fun and approachable, even if you’re not an experienced cook (like me). The class was hands‑on, relaxed, and filled with great conversations. We learned how to build flavors from scratch, use local ingredients, and create curries that were layered, aromatic, and absolutely delicious. The best part was enjoying everything we made together while looking out over the beautiful views from her home. It was the best excursion of our cruise and gave us a chance to connect with the island in a meaningful way. If you’re visiting Antigua and want something memorable, personal, and genuinely flavorful, Nicole’s Table is a must. This was easily one of our favorite experiences of the entire trip, and we’d do it again in a heartbeat. I also want to cook more and plan to attend some of her zoom classes throughout the year.

Giving Nicole Table a 5 star is NOT enough!! This experience should be given a 10 star rating!! Nicole was informative, kind and funny. I learned a lot is just how the little things in a kitchen and recipe makes a big difference. Nicole kitchen was clean and organized. I told her she needs to give the cooks at my resort cooking lessons!! I will definitely make the recipes at home. I am so very glad I took this class. If you have a chance to experience this excursion, please do! You will be grateful that you did!!

This cooking experience was one of the best I have ever done. Ms Nicole is one of the most hospitable hosts I’ve ever encountered. My wife and I were greeted with great warmth and were able to learn a great deal about Caribbean cuisine. Now as for the food everything we were taught was amazing. We left completely stuffed because there was so much food. From the Chicken skewers to the Rum Cake everything made was top quality. I wanted to extend my most sincere thanks to Ms. Nicole, her awesome assistant, and her husband who she called during our Rum tasting to have us confer with, about Rum related trivia. A definite must do while on the Island. We can’t to join you again. Thank you for the great memory and treating us like part of your family.

The Academy of Rum was well worthwhile and a fantastic experience. Our host Jo was funny, knowledgeable and engaging and made our whole time enjoyable. We tasted a variety of rums and each left with our own 750ml creations each. Highly recommend as something to do whilst visiting Antigua.
