A fun experience with Ivan and Anna. Ivan is a great dancer and an excellent teacher. Anna and Ivan are both very friendly and fun people. During the show, you really feel like you’ve become Croatian, welcomed into their home in a different region.

We had the opportunity to live this experience in our honeymoon trip from México. I can’t recommend this enough. If you want to learn about croatian culture, try their signature drinks and chocolates, and dance and have fun, try this. Amazing!!!

We loved learning more about the culture of Croatia. His music and variety of musical instruments. We loved seeing and learning to dance as tradition teaches. We had great fun in this true immersion. We love the decoration of the typical Croatian house and every detail representative of the habits and customs, from the way to dress, to the activities with clay, the production of straw baskets, the weaving and other aspects. We learned a lot and got richer in the soul of this wonderful experience.

Honestly I am speechless, I didn’t know what to expect when I entered but when I left I felt feeling so happy and fascinated by Croatian folklore. From start to finish it was great, from trying divine Croatian cakes to trying dangerously good brandy ;). I would highly recommend this to anyone as i think it is very important to learn about people’s cultures and this is the best way to do it.

This experience was a highlight of our holiday! Ivan and his team were incredibly talented and passionate about sharing their culture and traditions through an engaging and fun show. Also the interactive folkloric dancing and broom game were so much fun! From the moment we arrived you could see why this group is called the hearts of Zagreb because they put so much heart into their work and their hospitality was lovely, making us feel at home and welcome! As from the name comes: ¨The Hearts of Zagreb¨, they seized my heart! The most authentic part of my all journey to lovely Croatia, not only in Zagreb, but also the rest of this beautiful land! You can´t miss this original folk experience full of joy, learning, clors, flavors, memories thanks to dance & music.They made me feeling at home, not having a just fun. From early communication, to the greeting outside the front door, to every minute within, the experience could not have been any warmer, or more inviting! The musicians and dancers were very talented, and wonderful fun! They shared information about their culture, the musical instruments, and the meanings behind the dances. After performing, for us, they brought us up to dance with them! 😃 The wooden Heart of Zagreb & horse crafts were fun, and will be easy souvenirs to take home. Traditional cakes, and beverages were shared. What fun, and very tasty! In all, the 10 of us thought it was the PERFECT introduction to Zagreb.

It was wonderful to experience the traditional Croatian folklore dancing and singing. My wife and I were impressed with the whole event and we were even taught traditional dancing!

It was both interesting and informative, and our host was incredibly knowledgeable about Croatian cultural heritage. One aspect that stood out was the traditional guitar demonstration—it was fascinating to learn about the instrument and its role in folk music.To top it off, we were treated with delicious local sweets during the performance, which added a warm and welcoming touch to the entire experience. I highly recommend this event to anyone visiting Zagreb who wants to experience a taste of Croatian culture.
