Flora and her husband Claudio were fantastic hosts—so warm, welcoming and friendly. They made my 16-year-old daughter feel completely included, and she said it was one of the highlights of our entire trip.We had so much fun learning to make fresh pasta, and the tiramisu was the lightest and most delicious I've ever tasted! The food was excellent, the company was wonderful, and the whole evening felt relaxed and authentic.I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent authentic Tuscan experience
We were warmly welcomed into Cosetta’s home before a fantastic cooking class and shared meal with great conversation. Cosetta was a skilled cook and patient teacher, generously sharing her family ravioli recipe. This was by far the best experience on our Tuscan trip and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience and a love of good food.

Ariel's was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and passionate about the food of the region. I especially appreciated how accommodating she was for our group as I used a walker and found walking distances difficult. She arranged our tour around that so I didn't have to do as much walking. Ariel's had a wonderful attitude and we left her feeling as though we were parting with a family member. I heartily recommend this tour if you are looking for an authentic and enjoyable experience.

Authentic Full Dinner and Wine Experience
We had a wonderful experience on this tour with our guide Ariela Bankier. She was so knowledgeable about food, wine, the people, and Italy itself. We could tell she really enjoys her work. She was very accommodating for a member of our group using a walker. She chose the sites as close together as she could, without cutting down the true experience. The food was great, and very plentiful. We even brought home the extra pizza (we tried 4 kinds) , and extra from the appetizer board.The wine was good quality The gelato was wonderful. We shared many laughs, and she made a point of getting to know all 4 of us. I highly recommend this tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with you both, learned a lot and had a really lovely lunch with you both in your beautiful home. We had a fantastic day with Raphale who took us to two very unique and interesting wineries where we greatly enjoyed learning about the wines they produced and of course, sampling of the wines. Along the way Raphale taught us about the region, the wines and other sites to see while we were in Italy. The wines and olive oil were so good we had some shipped to us at home so we could remember and relive the great time we had. Thank you Raphale!

Great tour of a local winery in Lucca
An excellent trip to a local winery, one that has made wine the same way for many generations. Raffaele was our guide; enthusiastic, knowledgeable and passionate about Lucca and wine. We were free to roam the vineyard and didn’t feel rushed. The wine making explanation and the tasting itself (4 wines with a large plate of food) was excellent. We’d highly recommend.

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with our hostess, Flora and her husband, Claud. We actually got to make our own dessert and learned how to make pasta, which we ate for dinner. We had thoughtful conversations with our hostess and host as we were contemporaries and if it hadn’t been for our long ride back we would have stayed much longer. It was like having dinner with two old friends.

Wonderful evening learning cooking and eating (and some drink too!)
Elena was a superb host and teacher. She took into consideration my food dislikes and created a menu to accommodate. The food was sooo yummy. Plus several great beverage options. She (and her husband) were so so kind and even picked me up and dropped off at local train station. I would absolutely recommend if you want to learn about home cooked Italian aperitivos. And was PLENTY of food!
