A unique, amazing, exciting, enriching, and ABOVE ALL delicious experience. We visited Les Vents du Sud one evening. An outing organized a bit at the last minute, and what a pleasant surprise! At first, we thought we would do the workshop in a group, but we ended up doing it just the two of us with my spouse; it was simply perfect, there are no other words. Fabien's welcome is warm, sincere, bright, and full of energy; he immediately put us at ease. He took us on a journey into his world, shared with us his passion passed down by his father, who, by the way, said a quick hello as he passed by, without wanting to interrupt the experience (adorable!). Fabien's explanations are simply captivating, very clear, and you learn a huge amount of things. You can see instantly that he loves his job, no, sorry, that he is passionate about it. The range of wines offered is of indescribable quality, simply because these are wines with an identity all their own. The scents are more surprising than the last, the aromas unique and incredible. The sweet wine EMOTION MUSCAT left us speechless, and yet, we are very attached to red wine! The cheeses, cured meats, and chocolates are just right, and Fabien will know perfectly how to guide you in pairing them with the perfect wine. If you want to escape the city, to find yourself in a bubble of delicacies, and you love good wine, simple moments of sharing, and gourmet treats... I highly recommend you visit Fabien and his family. A true getaway. Just remember to save some room in your car trunk, though! We didn't leave empty-handed. Speaking of hands, Fabien, we hope your hand is feeling better! And a thousand thanks again for your perfect hospitality. We will be back, that's for sure! We wish you all a lot of courage for the harvest.

A village full of charm on the shores of the Mediterranean. Ideal to get lost in its small streets and fall in love with its corners. You can also walk and tour the nearby vineyards, the walk to the mill also offers wonderful views

Super day w/ Robert and crew. Robert was sweet and collected me in Perpignan to meet the rest of the tour participants. The hike was glorious and well paced for everyone to catch their breath. It was a hot day and I was glad to have my water, hat, and sunscreen. The views were stunning and Robert dotted the excursion with fun tidbits about the vineyards and surrounding area. And the wine tasting was terrific - seven wines. We even met the winemaker! It was cool to try the unique varieties from the region. All in all an A+ day!

What a brilliant thing to do, we’re staying in Perpignan so a little out the way but totally worth it. Our host was amazing, we learnt so much and the wine was fantastic. The drive out is beautiful would highly recommend. Ur not regret is only having hand luggage so we couldn’t take any home!

A personalised experience of tasting 7 wines. Jean-Claude’s knowledge is remarkable. So laid back. Charcuterie nibbles to compliment each wine. Leave time to get there. Would definitely recommend.
