Booking this experience at Argilos pottery with Ria was the best decision. We got a tour of her beautiful studio, which is nestled in her flower filled garden. The pieces were very unique and beautifully made! We got a cup we fell in love with, which was very reasonably priced! We got an insight into creating with clay and also got to play around with the wheel, which was so much fun! Mio, Ria’s cat kept us company the whole time, as we were creating and enjoying some fresh beverages in the beautiful garden. We got to make beautiful pieces, which we cannot to get our hands on once they are done! I recommend Argilos pottery workshop wholeheartedly. We learnt so much about creating with clay, got some insight into glazing and had an amazing time and so much fun with Ria ! Definitely coming back on our next visit ☀️

This experience was incredibly special. Sotiria was genuine, warm and engaging. Her instructions were patient kind and helpful. We created our own hand made cup and learned how to use the potting wheel all in the beauty of her own outdoor covered patio and back yard studio. She also provided the most delicious local tomatoes, feta, and olive oil. Sotiria created an unforgettable experience for everyone. I highly recommend this class if you are visiting Paros.

Ria is a fantastic host and welcomes you into her home with coffee and biscuits. A tour of workshop before diving into some pottery building up techniques with expert guidance. She absolutely loves what she does and it comes across completely in the 3 hours. Couldn’t believe it when she said the 3 hours were over and she kindly continued on past the time on her own suggestion. Would recommend to anyone.

This was an amazing experience while on vacation. I would highly recomend this to anyone at any age. Ria, the owner is very nice and laid back. But, if you don't know it alredy you need to know that if you want your pottery with you home Ria needs to ship it to you and that's an extra cost. It's well worth it if you like what you have made.

A truly unique experience with a master of the craft Rei was patience with your 4 year old and the whole family. The setting is private and perfect for a small group. The pottery experience was hands on , and impossible to make a mistake. We ended up going over 4 hours with snacks and drinks provided. Truly a wonderful experience!

It was the best workshop that I did during my holiday, Ria is amazing and she knows very much her profession , before I knew the workshop was finished, sadly but I will return for taking back the workshop because I love working with clay it give me so much joy , and talking to Ria was nice I consider her as my friend .😘😘😘

We had a lovely experience with Ria. It was so peaceful and relaxing to learn some pottery basics on her terrace. We created a little cup and in the end learned the basics of the pottery wheel. Ria was an amazing host and it was very interesting to learn from her, not only with regards to pottery but also a lot of interesting things about the beautiful island of Paros! Highly recommended!

We had the BEST time in this class! We went into it with very low expectations of what our final projects would look like, but were extremely proud and happy with the results! We learned about clay, learned two techniques for creating with it, and got to experience using a pottery wheel. I would highly recommend this experience to everyone! Rhea, the instructor, is so experienced, kind, and encouraging!

The class was just my husband and I, so we really got the intimate and personalized experience! The class was a blast, it would be great if we had something to take home from it but we didn't want to pay ~$60 to ship them back to USA. Fun thing to do if you're in town visiting Paros!
