The trip was fantastic!! Our guide, Dayna, was AMAZING!! She was very friendly and helpful with any questions that we had. Highly recommend!!

Nancy was the best! The bus was clean and comfortable!

We had the small group tour but it ended up being only the 4 of us. The tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable of the area and kept us on schedule so that we could see all the sites of Niagara Falls. Great experience.

The personalized tour we had with Frank was incredible. Spectacular viewing of the falls through different activities was epic. So worth the money spent. Frank was so knowledgeable and fun. We definitely would recommend this tour.

This tour incorporated everything you need to experience on the Canadian and USA side. It was great. I highly recommend it. Completely worth it. Frank was great and informative.

Heidi was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was the only one booked so I had Heidi to myself. She was clear with useful information like where to be on the boat for the best viewing. Border crossings went smoothly and all in all I had a wonderful morning. Thanks Heidi for a great tour

The best! Adam is an excellent tour guide. My husband and and Iii had a great time seeing the falls.

Loved the tour. First time to Niagara Falls. Dana was our guide and she was great. Very informative.

We had a great time on this tour. Frank was our tour guide and he was wonderful. He was very personable and knew how to get us the best experience. We started on the American side and went to the cave of the winds. I would not recommend it for someone who could not walk on slippery surfaces. We had a ball. It was very windy and the falls were blowing. We also saw a movie and went to the new staircase that was on the other side of the falls. It was great too. Then we went to the Canadian side and went to the whirlpools, which were beautiful blue. We then went to the Skylon. We enjoyed seeing the falls and the surrounding area from way up high. After that, we did Canadian side “Maid of the Mist”. It was a ball. You can stand in the middle of the boat underneath and not get wet. We stood on the side and loved the waves in the water. We had a great laugh. The tour was wonderful. I would recommend it.

Tours captured the beauty of both the American and Canadian side of the Falls. It included top sites from both locations. Seaside Tour Guide Heidi was amazing. Adjusting Tours times to reduce weight times to get into any of the sites as well as through border control.

The tour guides were really great. Easy to talk to and got answers easily. We would do this again if we were in town again.

This was a once in a lifetime experience! We came to Niagara Falls for our 40th wedding anniversary and this tour did not disappoint. Our guide Stephanie was so knowledgeable and she felt like a family member once we were done! Our tour was so exciting and again a wonderful experience made better with Stephanie. Highly recommend!

My wife and I booked a private tour with Over the Falls Tours (www.OverTheFallsToursNiagara.com) for our anniversary, and I honestly can't say enough good things about the experience. From the very beginning, Dawn was wonderful to work with. We arrived in Niagara Falls the day before our scheduled tour and wanted some suggestions for things to do and see on our own. Without hesitation, Dawn sent me a list of recommendations. She certainly didn't have to do that, but it was a perfect example of the customer service we experienced from this company. On the morning of our tour, we were picked up in a beautiful, brand-new Suburban. Waiting for us was a handwritten anniversary note from Dawn along with a box of chocolates. It was an incredibly thoughtful way to start our anniversary tour. But the real highlight of our experience was our tour guide, Nancy. She was absolutely amazing.Nancy was personable, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to spend the day with. She also knew Niagara Falls inside and out. She knew exactly where to go, the quickest way to get there, and how to navigate around the crowds so that we could spend our time actually experiencing Niagara Falls instead of standing around waiting.Nancy thought of the little things, too. She had bottles of water waiting for us, and throughout the day she was always willing to take pictures and videos of my wife and me without hesitation. Because it was just the two of us, having Nancy capture those moments gave us photos and videos from our anniversary that we will always have. It really added to our memories of the trip.Another huge advantage of having the private Suburban was being able to leave extra clothes, towels, shoes, and our valuables safely in the vehicle while we were enjoying the attractions. Anyone who has been around Niagara Falls knows you're going to get wet! We could come back to the vehicle, dry off, change shoes or clothes if needed, and then continue with our day without having to carry everything around with us or worry about our belongings. It may sound like a small convenience, but over the course of a full day it made a big difference. We covered both the American and Canadian sides and managed to do just about everything you could possibly want to do in the Niagara Falls area. Tickets and arrangements were handled for us, and even when there were lines, we didn't have to spend our day waiting in them. Nancy knew how to get us where we needed to be efficiently and professionally, which made an enormous difference in how much we were able to see and do.She even took us to a wonderful little Italian pastry shop for lunch that we probably never would have discovered on our own. Those kinds of personal touches made the day even more memorable.I do want to mention that a private tour like this is not inexpensive. But after experiencing it, I can also say that it was worth it. And if you're traveling as a family or group of four, five, or even six people who can ride together, I think the value becomes even more apparent. When you factor in the private transportation, tickets, convenience, avoiding unnecessary waits, having a secure place for your belongings, and having someone like Nancy who knows exactly how to maximize your time, it completely changes the Niagara Falls experience. For us, it made all the difference. If you're planning a trip to Niagara Falls and want to see as much as possible without spending your day figuring out where to go, where to park, how to get tickets, or which line to stand in, Over the Falls Tours should be your go-to company. And if you have the opportunity to request Nancy, do it. She turned what could have simply been a sightseeing tour into one of the highlights of our anniversary trip.Thank you to Dawn, Nancy, and everyone at Over the Falls Tours for an outstanding and memorable experience.Five stars without hesitation. We would absolutely use them again.www.OverTheFallsToursNiagara.com

Amazing day trip to Niagara Falls. Our guide Brian was terrific—full of historical anecdotes and a really fun guy. We left feeling we’d seen every part of the falls.

First class tour learned a lot from Dana I would recommend her to anyone.

We were so glad we took this tour! We got to see and do all of our priority activities at Niagara Falls. Our guide, Eduardo, was fantastic. He was very informative about all of the attractions, had a friendly personality, and kept us on a very efficient schedule without making us feel like we were being herded. We highly recommend this tour. A great day and no hassles with traffic, directions, parking or tickets.
