Katerina provided the most wonderful morning activity on our vacation. We started by baking a loaf of bread, then sampled different olive oils while learning the history of olive oil making! Finished up with a fantastic lunch. Katerina was the perfect host! She was so friendly, knowledgeable and has wonderful recommendations for your vacation! This tour was fantastic! It was led by the founder's great-granddaughter, Sophia, who is lively and makes the tour fun. Generous samples of Raki and Kitron, distilled on-site, along with snack pairings. You'll see a kitron grove and take a walk through the distillery and have a chance to purchase products. The distillery itself is small, so most of the time is spent sampling and learning about kitron and the company history. It was a home run. Location is a *little* hard to find. You may want to take a cab in case you have a little too much to drink.

Katerina’s food tour was a great experience! Everything we tasted was local and delicious. We felt like we stepped into her home to start the experience, tasting her grandmother’s cooking and several local wines. It was a great way to explore the island, eat great food and get more information about life in Naxos.

Beautiful day exploring Naxos
We had the best day exploring part of Naxos with our guide Mario! We started our day with a beautiful drive from Plaka to a small village where we began our hike to a hidden waterfall. Mario shared lots about the culture and history of Naxos, which gave us even more appreciation for the sights we were seeing’s we ended the day with a delicious lunch feast at a restaurant in a small village. Highly recommend this company and Mario as your tour guide!

A different Day Out.
This is not something to do if you don’t walk but if you are used to hiking then it is easy/moderate in places. As an afterthought, It would have been nice if we could have stopped in a few places to take photographs on the way up the mountain, but didn’t detract from the tour. The waterfall was still running despite there being no rain for 10 months but don’t expect a torrent in the height of summer. Mario was great, informative and the meal at the end was the best we had in Naxos. Traditional cooked food in a beautiful setting.

This is an outstanding experience. Nikos, our guide took us around the city of Naxos explaining the history, the daily life on Naxos and answering our many questions. We learned about the cheeses made on the Island and got to taste several kinds. The day ended at a traditional Taverna making 4 different dishes with the elderly owner Mimosa and her family. We then got to eat what we made and finished the tour tasting the traditional liquor of Naxos. This was honestly the best cooking class I have ever taken. Nikos went above and beyond our expectations and never rushed us to the point that our tour went two hours over schedule. This is a must do experience for Naxos!!

This is a must do on Naxos!!! We wanted to do something authentic and special to Naxos and this was absolutely it. We were greeted by Sofia who has the warmest outgoing energy. You get a full thorough tour of the distillery, the orchard, and the entire process to make the Kitron. I learned so much!Now for the fun, the tasting! They are more than generous with how many different things you get to taste, while carefully pairing each drink with a cheese, or local snack that pairs perfectly.We had sooo much fun and would go back any day!! Will recommend to anyone going to Naxos.

Family fun at the farm.
This was a fun experience for all of the s young and old. Learning how the Naxian cheese was very cool. If you are an animal lover you will love meeting all the animals on the farm. Our hosts prepared a lovely meal and were very informative on local culture. Do know this is not a dress-up adventure, casual clothes as you will want to feed the goats and hold the babies if there are any.

Wonderful family outing!
Our family of 4 (kids ages 18 & 21) had a wonderful time at the farm. The food was absolutely delicious (so was the wine and the cheese). We had fun meeting the animals, learning about the process and farming life on Naxos, and about the family’s history in general. We would definitely recommend it! A highlight of our trip to Naxos!

Amazing food experience and tour!
This was an amazing experience, everyone in my family really enjoyed it. Katerina was an amazing host and guide and she is very knowledgeable in so many areas. There was a great variety of small dishes at locally owned restaurants and we were very satisfied at the end. I highly recommend this or any experience run by Katerina to anyone travelling to Naxos!
