The experience and the entire day spent with Anton was hands down one of the best and most authentic guided tours I have ever experienced. As a true world traveler, I have taken countless tours across the globe and seen it all—the good, the bad, and everything in between. But what Anton offers is a truly unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience that you will likely never find anywhere else on this planet.I admit I was skeptical at first because of all the overwhelmingly positive reviews. But now, I deeply understand why they exist. Above all, Anton showed me just how incredibly valuable my own life is. When you compare your own reality to life in Transnistria (or Pridnestrovie, as it is called now)—a country unrecognized by the rest of the world—you realize that you are actually the richest person on Earth. This personal connection with Anton became one of the most defining moments of my life.We were on the road for about 12 hours in total, spending a solid 8 to 9 hours with Anton and his friend Dima. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for everything, and I truly hope many more people get the chance to book this journey with Anton. You will definitely not regret it, I guarantee you that.If you are looking for a standard, textbook tour guide, Anton is the wrong person for you. You need to be an open-minded person. You have to be worldly and, above all, able to speak from the heart and truly connect with Anton. Only then will you experience the real essence of this place. Only then will Anton take you on a journey where you truly get to know a country from all its facets within a single day.I intentionally do not want to mention the specific details or highlights of what we did. I want you to have your own raw, authentic experience. What we witnessed and felt there was entirely unique. I hope you all get to experience the same profound connection. If you want to visit Pridnestrovie (Transnistria), Anton is the perfect person to go with.There are two main ways to experience Pridnestrovie: you can take a guide from Chișinău, Moldova, who will explain the history and facts to you, or you can go with a local who actually lives in Pridnestrovie. With Anton, you get the chance to learn what it is really like to live in an unrecognized country and hear about the challenges and everyday realities from someone who knows the place firsthand.Of course, you will still learn about the history, but from a different perspective. And if you want the other perspective, you can always find plenty of information about it online anyway.For me, Anton is much more than just a guide, he is an experience. He asks questions and encourages you to think about things for yourself rather than simply giving you a standard explanation. I really appreciated that approach.He also showed me places that were a little off the usual tourist route, which gave me an even better sense of what the place is really like.I honestly have nothing to complain about. Anton also helped arrange my transfers from Chișinău all the way to Tiraspol. I stayed overnight, and the following day he arranged the transfer back for me as well, which made everything very easy.I really appreciated the experience and would definitely recommend checking out Pridnestrovie with Anton if you want to see and understand the place from a local perspective.

A Great Time In Tiraspol
Anton's tour is, in fact, a tour, contrary to what he may tell you in messages. You do see the sights of Tiraspol, but truly through the perspective of somebody who lives there. If you want history of Pridnestrovie, this tour, as other reviews say, is not for you, but Anton really does make this clear from the offset.We got longer than the advertised amount of time, as well as a lift from Chisinau from the amazing Dima, with stops in Bender to show us the highlights on our way to Tiraspol, allowing us to see both cities in one trip.You will see a couple of things with Anton's name on; furthermore Anton does every now and again try to sell his tours or transfers to other tourists you may run into (we had this in the souvenir shop). That is my only one gripe at all, as I think whilst we are on the tour, the focus should be the current clients, not future ones, however overall not enough at all for this tour to be any less than five stars. Anton is an overall great guide, and his insights are so incredibly interesting this is worth every penny.

Booked this tour to coincide with the national day, which meant quite a few roads were closed and there was increased traffic.Vlad (our guide) was exceptional and navigated these obstacles with ease. I had a fantastic experience with Moldova Tours! The communication was excellent from start to finish. Our guide, Valerii, was amazing. Since I was traveling alone with my 5-year-old son, Valerii constantly adapted the tour on the fly to keep my son engaged (and he is a very demanding little client!).We visited Transnistria and the Castel Mimi winery, but beyond the sights, Valerii shared so many fascinating facts about Moldova. Really nice reserve with decades of history. There is nothing to add on the visit. I recommand that unique experience for wine lovers.Feedback about transportation service: It would be good if you can pick people in larger zone cause everybody isn't staying in an hotel. Even more some Hotel in Chisinau were impossible to book as departure location. Extend that to improve the confort !
