My partner and I went to yoga with Barbara and had a great session that started with some somatic movement and ended with a lovely breathing focused meditation. Came away feeling chill and bendy. As well as being a great yoga teacher Barbara clearly loves what she does and ran a bilingual Spanish/English class with such ease it nearly distracted me from my balancing poses 🤣 highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great yoga lesson outdoors by the beach. Friendly instructor. Booked this activity last February when I came to Lanzarote for a week of Winter Sun. Decided to book the same activity again for this year. Barbara provides mats for people to borrow so you don't need to bring your own.

Really enjoyed the morning with Barbara on my first SUP Yoga session. Was feeling quite nervous but she really supported and instructed well and had a really great time out on the boards and a lovely way to spend some time trying something new. What an amazing experience my classes were with Laurel, a very intuitive, kind teacher, I felt wonderful after every class. It was important to me to find a genuine yoga teacher. I tried a few others but once I found Laurel I stuck with her and so happy I did! I practiced in some really cool places, totally hidden away, all absolutely stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the yoga practice, classes were varied depending on what I needed each time. Laure'ls voice is incredibly calming for the guided meditation together with the Tibetan bowl I was so deeply relaxed, it felt better than a massage! I very highly recommend Laurel, excellent value for money too! Thanks Laurel for making my time so special, can't wait for your retreats, I will definitely be coming to one x
