This visit was one that was truly unique, personable and unforgettable. I was traveling with my group of friends who are studying Italian. We were welcomed by the artist who showed us her creations which are exquisite. She demonstrated the art of fresco painting and later conducted a workshop at which we had the opportunity to create our own masterpieces. During this experience, we enjoyed a sumptuous apertivo on the 19th century villa terrace.

Grazie mille to AJ for such a fun and thoughtfully curated experience in Rome. My little one especially loved the animal theme of the scavenger hunt and was so inspired, that he continued to spot them on sculptures and buildings the remainder of our trip.My little one also really loved the opportunity to draw to his hearts content, in lovely and historic spots around the centre of the city. I appreciate that AJ encouraged me (not at all arty) to get involved in the drawing which I enjoy more than expected! We enjoyed the imaginative activities, being creative together and discovering really interesting facts about the eternal city.AJ was also extremely helpful and responsive before booking in answering my questions and we also appreciated the fantastic foodie recs on her Instagram page. We tried a yummy Mexican near Flaminia and 3 gelatarias!It was a fantastic start to our short stay and first time in Rome and we would love to come back and do it again - possibly to try the Modern art lab/ gallery tour next!

The views from where the fresco is made are spectacular. You don't need to know anything about the technique or art in general since she explains it to you from scratch and helps you with everything you need. Great Time Learning Glass Techniques
We had a great time during our glass blowing experience! Our instructor was fantastic, personable and took his time to explain everything. This was a wonderful hands on experience, getting to practice some glass making techniques to create our own glass pendants. Then our instructor did a longer demonstration to show us a few more advanced techniques and we were able to buy the small piece he made for a very reasonable and fair price.This was definitely the best way to end our stay in Venice and we would highly recommend this experience!

What a joy this was! My fiancée and I had so much fun creating our mosaics. We now have a whole new level of appreciation for this beautiful art form. The teacher, Nadia, and her assistant, Marta, were warm, patient, and encouraging. They let us work at our own pace and gave us space to be creative. The location is beautiful - you’ll feel like a true artist in Nadia’s beautiful studio!At the end of the class, you’ll be able to see your piece *mostly* finished, but it won’t be fully complete until the concrete cures over the next two days. Nadia will wrap up your piece so it is protected for its journey home. We’re so excited to unwrap our work! The finished piece in its packaging is around 6”x6”x2” and is pretty heavy, so plan your packing accordingly.Overall, highly recommend!

AJ led a wonderful and creative art lab tour and scavenger hunt for myself and two boys. She captivated my two boys with the stories she told about the various foundations and sites we visited, while letting them explore their creativity through art. It was an amazing tour and I’m so happy that we had an opportunity to do this tour. I would highly recommend checking this tour out if you are a family visiting Rome!

We had an incredible time at Caseificio Starace. We ended up having a bit of experience getting lost on the way and getting there as we had the wrong address (was not listed correctly on Apple Maps), but Angela was amazing and came to the spot we were and picked us up where we were! Seriously grateful to her and Antonio's grace and care, not just during the tour but to help us out when we were lost on the way!The experience itself was great! Angela showed us how their cheese was made and how every part of the process (the whey, cream, etc...) is used. We got to mold and make cheese, and the lovely cheese tasting afterwards in their garden was incredible. You might fine other mozzarella experiences, but the homestyle feel of our time there was incredible! Thank you guys!

We had a wonderful time during the museum experience! AJ guided us through the modern art museum, teaching us about different types of art genres. After each genre we would stop and do our own take on the genre. My 6 year old really enjoyed the experience, looking at the art and making her own. Perfect way to spend the afternoon!
