This was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Our guide was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and educational, making the experience both fun and interesting.The food was more than exceptional—it was honestly such a pleasant surprise! Everything was delicious, and the truffle experience exceeded our expectations. You could really tell how much care went into the food and the overall experience.And of course, the truffle-hunting dogs were an experience all on their own! 😂 They were so entertaining and definitely added to the fun and charm of the experience.If you’re visiting Istria, this is a must-do experience. I would absolutely recommend it! It was worth the money!

Karlic truffles was perfect! Very friendly, competent, each questions were answered and the meal after the tour through the wood was very, very good. Compliments to Karlic !!!

Wonderful experience. The hike in the truffle forest was a welcome rural experience - loved seeing the dogs work and learn about truffles. Armin, our guide, was friendly and very informative. And the meal that followed was a delicious taste of everything that could be prepared with truffles. The dining room had a stunning view. Highly recommend!

This was the most amazing experience. I was in “Truffle Heaven”. Daughter Ivana took us into their museum and explained the whole family history and how they started from nothing. Then we went into the forest with our guide and 2 dogs who did find truffles. After we had the most outstanding lunch. Everything with truffles. But probably the best was the family and staff. We walked out with hugs from everyone at Karlic and lots of products from the store. Don’t miss this. KG

What a wonderful experience. The truffle hunting experience was wonderful. We went out with a hunter and 2 dogs and watched the dogs dig for truffles. Next stop, a fabulous 5 star lunch with truffles and more truffles in a beautiful restaurant. A wonderful charcuterie board, red and white wine, followed by lunch. We watched as lunch was prepared and enjoyed every bite. Dessert was amazing too. Come hungry!! The family was so welcoming and friendly. This was a magical experience NOT to be missed. We left carrying lots of truffle products from their store.

Have a fantastic time experiencing the truffle hunting and brunch. The two hosts were lovely and very informative. The dogs were very cute and we enjoyed eating the truffles as much as we liked finding them. The white truffle spice and balsamic were impeccable.

Wonderful visit at family’s olive oil farm that includes many other fruit trees. Rene the host was a great guide and incredibly friendly.

The tour was a fascinating tour along the fruit trees, vineyard and olive grove of the estate, followed by an extensive tasting. The location of the estate is also extraordinary with beautiful views.

We had a great morning out on the Lim Canal with Captain Tom. We headed out to the Pirate Bar & on the way we were lucky enough to see dolphins, such a thrill to see them in their own environment. Tom was very knowledgeable & really interesting to talk to. He had a young lad with him (sorry I didn’t catch his name), he was great too & worked really hard in the canoe. You can tell they love being on the water. On the return we stopped for a drink & some homemade snacks & we were able to have a much needed cool off swim. It was a great way to burn some calories & enjoy the beautiful scenery. Parking was easy & there was a nice beach bar for a refreshing drink after. Totally recommend this trip if you want an activity in Istria. Be prepared to paddle, it’s a team effort 😊

We did the 3 hour canoe trip with this organization. Both my children of 7 and 9 and ourselves loved this! It was the best way for us to discover the Limfjord, an insanely beautiful environment! In the canoe you feel completely connected to nature. Our Guide Tom was super friendly and told everything you want to know. Highly recommended!

We had a lot of fun going with Miro and the dogs. We were lucky enough to find multiple truffles. It was fun to learn more about the world of truffles. Besides that, the foos was very good. Many different dishes with truffles. We left with a full stomach. Would recommend!

A fantastic experience from beginning to end. Cannot commend highly enough. A Highlight of our trip. The family are incredibly welcoming and the truffle hunt is genuinely fun. The subsequent food feast is superb. Highly well run Family operation with no hint of tourist gimmicks. Petra is a beautiful young woman, enthusiastic and passionate about truffles. She’s a real asset to the company.

If you wish for an authentic truffle hunting, tasting and cooking experience this is the place to come. Everything and everyone is exceptional. We went into the forest with our guide Filipe and his dog Lila for a very informative and exciting hunt. Lila found 5 truffles, ate part of one as her reward. Filipe’s honor in sharing his family’s olives, truffle oaks and vines is apparent in his enthusiasm. Then you move to the restaurant and you you are in the gracious care of Lidija and Nicole who make sure you know how to use the truffles in the dishes you will be eating. They both want you to learn and enjoy every moment. The scrambled egg demo was incredible. Who would ever think to spend so much time slowly cooking a scrambled. The best scrambled I have ever had. And I only eat scrambled eggs. Please book this experience.

Had an amazing experience. Thank you! Our guide was very friendly and great with kids. We loved the dogs and found two large truffles on our hunt. Lunch was delicious and very informative. We learned a lot about the region. Can’t imagine a better activity, especially for people like us that were traveling with kids.
