Delighted TEMPUS Cuenca
Our guide, Eduardo, was very kind and explained the legends and myths in detail throughout the tour in the Ciudad Encantada and the Ventano del Diablo. He had very good knowledge of botany, which made our visit to the source of the Jucar River very pleasant. The source of the Cuervo River barely has any water in summer, and for that reason, they took us to the source of the Jucar, which does not disappoint. It was a very interesting visit and Eduardo also has a great sense of humor and we laughed a lot too.Since it was quite hot, he picked us up at 9:30 in the morning and we returned to Cuenca around 3:00 in the afternoon.We enjoyed the trip a lot. Thank you very much TEMPUS CUENCA and especially to Eduardo.

Amazing experience
What a truly amazing experience. I am 66 years old with a fear of heights. This is a double zip wire and my wife suggested giving it a go together. Fair to say I was apprehensive. The team are fantastic. Special mention to Christian who was so reassuring and put me at ease. Never once did I feel any pressure whatsoever to commit to the ride but am so so very glad I did. Genuinely, after just a few seconds, I felt totally at ease on the zip wire and found myself with my arms out enjoying the ride and, of course, the views. Never to old to overcome fears and try something new. Absolutely recommend.

Amazing place and English-speaking guide
The Ciudad Encantada is an amazing place and I thoroughly recommend going there. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and, crucially, he spoke English ( he used both Spanish and English throughout the tour), unlike many of the other tours here that I looked at where the only language spoken was Spanish. It would be great to be able to come here for longer and do some proper hiking but I guess the only way to do that is with your own car.

I decided to miss my train so I could make the excursion to Enchanted City and birth of the Raven River. Definitely a huge decision. We loved our extensive and informative with our informed, funny and handsome guide Serge. It was nearly impossible to find an English speaking tour in Cuenca so thank gif for Cool Destinations. The Devil’s Window stop was beautiful and the Enchanted City tour was fascinating especially because we had perfect weather. Caution for any motion sensitive person as the winding steep mountain road both to and from the Enchanted City is pretty intense. You end up right in the heart of ancient medieval Cuenca which is perfect to explore the village. A very worthwhile excursion.

Escape the city and challenge yourself with this amazing Via Ferrata
This was my second Via Ferrata (first in Banff) and it was a truly amazing experience. My guide Dani was friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. I hadn't realized that I would be the only guest on the outing and enjoyed the individualized instruction and pacing. The vertical climb was challenging and included a zip line and two suspension bridges, but I always felt completely safe. The setting was stunning with the river, waterfalls and vulture sightings. The drive to Cuenca was about two hours each way from Madrid but Dani was fun to talk to and gave the local perspective on a wide range of topics. He also took a ton of photos as I did the hike, so I'll always have memories (and bragging rights lol) of this accomplishment.

Fantastic experience
It was a great experience. To start the Guide, Eduardo, was great, super close, friendly, told us a lot of curious anecdotes and you could tell what knew very well everything, landscapes, rocks, plants, everything. The spectacular landscapes. Lovely. Everything we loved but especially the birth of the Raven River. How we love Cuenca, we will come back and do the rest of excursions with them too.

All the routes we have done: Los Palancares and the lagoons of the Cañada del Hoyo. The Callejones de las Majadas and Nacimiento del Río Cuervo and Ventano del Diablo, Ciudad Encantada and El Molino de Las Chorreras with Eduardo have been great, he has a lot of knowledge and makes it very enjoyable. AMAZING VIA FERRATA EXPERIENCE
Context - I have done some mountain hiking but never done rock climbing. I thought this was the perfect experience to get started! It was a mix of climbing, crossing foot bridges, zip-lining along the beautiful Lake Entrpeñas. The views were awesome, and the combination of thrill and safety was just right. My guide was Dani, super knowledgeable and easy going, more importantly he made me feel safe. I highly recommend this via ferrata experience with Dreampeaks.
