If you’re visiting Cairo, this tour is an absolute must. Spent the day exploring the incredible Saqqara Pyramid Complex, the Giza Pyramids, Memphis, a fascinating carpet school, and Heaven Essence Perfumery, before finishing with a delicious traditional Egyptian lunch. Along the way we were well looked after with snacks and cold bottled water.What truly made the experience exceptional was my guide, Yemani. His knowledge of Ancient Egypt and Egyptology was outstanding, and he brought every site to life with fascinating stories and historical insights. He was kind, engaging, patient, and even became my personal photographer, making sure I came away with some fantastic memories of the day!A huge thank you also to our driver, Muhammed Alaa, who made the journey seamless and stress-free. He drove safely, the vehicle was comfortable, and he was always ready and waiting to take us to the next stop.This was honestly one of the most incredible travel experiences I’ve ever had - unforgettable from start to finish. I can’t recommend this tour highly enough. If you have the chance to request Yemani as your guide, do it. He’s an A++++ guide and an all-round genuinely great guy.

An absolutely amazing experience! We had Mohamed Saeed as our tour guide, and he provided incredible information throughout the entire tour. He is incredibly passionate about Egyptian history and was able to provide my entire family interesting insights about every single location we went to. He is also an excellent photographer and was able to capture some amazing shots of all of us while we enjoyed the tour. The pyramids of Giza are absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend this tour and the tour guide.

We made the visit in Spanish with Gigi throughout the day in Cairo. She is an excellent guide and expert in Egyptology. Very very good and super friendly. Recommendation 100%

My wife and I did a Viking Nile cruise in March 2022 (which was excellent, by the way). But we wanted to see more of Egypt’s culture and history. If you go all the way to Egypt and do only pyramids and tombs, you’re missing half of Egypt’s story. So we contacted Muhammad Swefy (Mo) to do a custom all-day Islamic Architecture and Design tour in Cairo.Mo put together a great 7-hour tour, based on a route down historic Al-Muizz li-din Allah Street. This included the Madrassa and Mausoleum of Barquq, Madrassa of Qalaun, Al Azhar Mosque, Mosque-Madrassa of Al Ghouri, Al-Rifa’i Mosque, Mosque of Sultan Hassan, the medieval gates of the Cairo Citadel, and many other sites.Mo did a great job. He’s very knowledgeable in architecture, design, and culture, as well as the history of Cairo. He picked a fine place for lunch. We got to ride in tuk-tuks between some of the sites. And as everyone else has mentioned, he speaks English with only a slight trace of an accent.Frankly, I wouldn’t dream of visiting the interiors of active Cairo mosques without an Arabic speaking Muslim guide. Mo smoothed the way for us at all locations. He even helped my wife adjust her Amazon-bought hijab. We highly recommend him.My apologies to Mr. Swefy. I told him we’d write up a good review of his tour for the web, but it only took me 3 years.

We did family trip to Egypt in Dec 2024 and we are really happy that we chose Emo Tours as our tour guides. I had an incredible tour and general experience of not just the Pyramids but Egyptian culture with Niven, who was a wonderful tour guide.The pyramids with all the vendors, security, optional extras, etc can be very daunting, but Niven took care of everything for us, so I didn't have to worry about a thing, except for enjoying the experience.11/10 would recommend to anyone going to the Pyramids (or GEM etc) to book here.

Fantastic trip to Saqqara and Memphis. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and Yemani was extremely knowledgeable about everything ancient Egypt. Felt like exploring Egypt with a friend rather than a guide 🙂. Could not recommend more!

After a difficult experience in Egypt the day before, we were a little nervous about booking another tour, but meeting Amal completely changed that.She was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we met her. Our driver was also fantastic, and together they made our day at the Great Pyramids unforgettable.If you’re visiting Cairo, I highly recommend asking for Amal. This tour was completely over the top! My guide was especially interested in Coptic Cairo because it is his neighborhood. He thought about me and anticipated water, snacks, lunch, all details. He helped me decide to ride my attractive camel Mickie. I am no horsewoman but he and the camel lead helped me and were very patient when I inadvertently kicked he poor animal while I was mounting because I had a hip replacement. In spite of the replacement, the saddle was comfortable and they checked frequently to see if I was ok for the duration. It was so thrilling to me to see the Christian churches, synagogue and mosque all in one visit. This tour was the experience of a lifetime and I’ll never forget it. I also had the most delicious lamb for lunch! An incredible experience!

Honestly, I have traveled so much and he is the best top guide I ever met.So nice, quickly available, super safe, punctual, super adapting and understanding of what you want, need or like. He can share with you everything you wish to ask. Very good communication, English and Spanish. Really good relationship with his driver too.We couldn't have had a better experience. This was a great experience. The company was so easy to deal with, they got every detail right and gave a great tour. Ebrahim was fantastic! He really took great care of us and had so much knowledge and history to share, it was amazing. We liked him so much we asked for him a second day so we could visit other sites. We had a great time the first time we visited Cairo, but this time was even better thanks to Ebrahim and his group.
