My family did the pasta cooking class with Sardinia To Do. Valerio picked us up in Cagliari drove us to Sinnai.We truly enjoyed the pasta making process and learning about Sardinian forms of pasta. It's enjoyable making the pasta from flour, mixing it, rolling it out, preparing the filling, etc.The entire crew were warm and very helpful.My daughter ended up having an unrelated medical emergency. Valerio and Dani were extremely kind by accompanying and driving us to the Cagliari hospital and staying with us for many hours helping to translate and offer us company which was extremely helpful with our limited ability to speak Italian. This reduced our stress levels significantly. My daughter ended up being ok.I would highly recommend Sardinia To Do to everyone for any service because they are knowledgeable and very kind and considerate and will care for you and show you Sardinia as if you were a family friend.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time taking the fun and instructional Homemade fresh pasta cooking class. We very much look forward to taking our new knowledge and a part of Sardinian tradition back to NYC and making some Culurgiones and Malloreddus. 😋 The experience was lovely being in their personal home and they even came to Cagliari to pick us up and drop us back. Beautiful and kind. Thank you!! Highly, highly recommended.

A great evening learning to cook pasta and tiramisu, whilst having some wine.It was just good fun whilst meeting new people, and getting to know them and tye hostsI couldn't recommend it more, also I went by myself so it was great to meet new people for a solo traveller

What a nice experience. We were warmly welcomed in the kitchen. Everything was ready and we learned the process of making tagliatelle and culurgiones. Then we ate deliciously and chatted cozily with the other guests. Giulia is very friendly and knowledgeable.

We signed up for the past cooking class, and this experience exceeded our expectations! The 2 of us and 4 more people were met at the cruise ship port by the owner. Valerio drove us through the countryside and told us about his homeland. We arrived at his private house with a full-size kitchen and backyard garden. The pasta making from scratch was educational and fun. We made the pasta, then pinched, and pushed together the culurgiones. Next week made hand rolled malloreddus. While the pasta was cooking, the six of us were invited to have wine and appetizers on the patio garden. Valerio and his assistant Roberta were friendly and happy. We laughed and enjoyed the afternoon together. By the way, the food was delicious 😋 Highly recommend for an amazing experience!

Roberta and Valerio are such wonderful hosts and teachers! This experience was exceptional, authentic, fun and delicious! Our hosts were very generous and personable and speak very good English! This is a must-do if you come to Sardinia!

The cooking class was the best experience we had in Cagliari. Damiano and Tiziana were so nice and we really enjoyed the evening. Furthermore the class is a good way to meet new people, like we did. Also the pasta and tiramisu was delicious and they both were great teachers. The atmosphere was great from the beginning and it felt like a cooking evening with friends. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

We had a nice time at Giulia's home. She speaks very good German and introduced us wonderfully to the world of Sardinian cuisine.

The cooking class is near Cagliari and can be reached by taxi in 20 minutes. You sit comfortably in the kitchen with the host, make super delicious pasta, and have great conversations with the other people. A very idyllic and beautiful setting, just like at Mom's house.

We had a great pasta class with Giulia 2 days ago. She showed us how to prepare tagliatelle and culurgiones by hand. We found the atmosphere in the small group (4+1 people) to be super relaxed, pleasant, and friendly. Afterwards, we were able to taste the pasta in a 3-course meal. Everything tasted delicious and the dessert was the best of its kind in Sardinia 😉 Giulia, in particular, stuck in our minds because she is such a great and likable host and cook. Definitely book it!
