Amazing place, if you are in the area this place is a must see/ experience place.

Fun for children and also interesting from a historical and cultural point of view for adults! Magnificent

First castle I visited so I was very excited and was not disappointed. The castle was beautiful and well maintained. The guide was amazing. I was the only English speaking one the group, which was just a few of us but she made sure to do all the explaining in English as well as German. The audio set was nice to, lots see and explore. A family still lives there so you cannot see every single area, but it is definitely worth visiting. To see and hear how they lived in that era is amazing

The family that owns this castle lives on the ground floor, and the upper floor is open to be viewed. The interior is quite amazing, especially the furniture. There is an audio tour with excellent explanations of each room. We were astonished at the large number of furniture and decorations from the 1500s that have survived all these years. The castle is up a long windy road from the parking area. They offer a train every 20 minutes that runs up and down the hill for 2 euros each way that made the transit so much easier.

A truly evocative experience, taken care of down to the smallest detail. The Swarovski Museum is original, spectacular, and pleasant to visit even with the family. A unique, elegant place that is definitely worth seeing if you are in the area.

This was a terrific half-day outing from Innsbruck with our kids. The museum was well done but brief....the real highlight was the play spaces which were brilliantly done - our 8 and 6 year olds had such a good time and didn't want to leave! The circus acts this summer were also enjoyable albeit brief. Highly recommend to traeling families!

Castle is a real gem! We were fortunate that it opened just before we left Tirol (it’s closed during the winter season). A Gothic Castle preserved in great state. Beautiful wood work and a very good audio guide right on your phone. Walking in the castle accompanied by a guide that adds just the right human touch and makes the tour full and interesting. Climbing to the castle from the parking can be done by foot (about 15 min walk uphill) or with a nice little train (the kids liked it) - we went up with the train and down by foot. Kids also wanted a VR experience - not sure its worth the price.

A great excursion destination, we were there last fall with our children.

We really enjoyed the visit. Everything well-maintained, the interior rooms with the crystal exhibition in various artistic installations were beautiful, the shopping was obviously very nice with Swarovski prices, the garden outside was gorgeous! Very well-maintained, full of play areas for children, rides, and an entire tower for climbing. I recommend going in the morning when there are fewer people; we were there for almost 4 hours. The only downside is the food options; there are a couple of food trucks, but the selection is poor in quality and the prices are insane, which is a shame because otherwise it is very much worth it. Clean bathrooms and water fountains for refilling water everywhere.

Swarovski Crystal Worlds is a lovely visit for fans of art installations and fantasy atmospheres. The indoor rooms are wonderfully atmospheric, and the outdoor area is stunning—especially the enchanting Crystal Clouds. The ticket price is somewhat high. I definitely recommend getting there early to avoid the queues and crowds

Absolutely amazing experience in summer hot day. I haven't seen something like this before. All rooms in museum are amazing. Worth to visit with children, they were excited. Outdoor part is included in admission. There is free carousel ride for children, adults can ride as well. We went on Wednesday, it was not crowded.

An experience a bit different from the usual, suitable for the whole family. The route is made up of 16 rooms, some beautiful and unique, others less so (that's why I'm not giving it 5 stars, because considering the price I expected something more). The outdoor park is very beautiful if you are traveling with children, as there are games and activities suitable for them.

Very nice experience. For both adults and children. For those staying a few days in Innsbruck, it is a must-do stop.

Honestly everything is impressive, all the areas have something very interesting to discover and it is totally worth seeing and spending some time in each of the areas and exploring. You have a self-guided tour with some headphones they give you and in many languages, top-notch. I recommend going with someone to explore together so the experience is better and going early so you don't run into many people.

Girlfriends' trip to the Crystal Worlds - it was really nice: new rooms in the Chambers of Wonder, great artists and a relaxed meal in the restaurant!

Beautiful and recommended, always again, also the special performances outdoors are top.
