A massive thank you to the My First Paella team for such an excellent cooking and dining experience!We felt incredibly well looked after from the very beginning and really enjoyed the tour of the local market, followed by welcome tapas and sangria when we arrived at the kitchen.The cooking experience itself was both fun and informative, giving us a great insight into the different stages involved in creating an authentic paella using fresh, local ingredients. What a great experience. From shopping for ingredients and learning the correct way to cook Paella. Micheal shows you how to make sangria and Anna how to have patience while cooking Paella (don’t forget the salt after every ingredient added). Highly recommend.

Tour with Maria Antonietta through the streets of the city, truly beautiful and interesting. The guide helped us discover a thousand corners and gave us a lot of useful information.

María was a wonderful host. We instantly felt comfortable, and really enjoyed discovering the city with her. She brought us to places we wouldn’t have thought of or found on our own. We got a genuine taste of local life, while also hearing stories about traditional Valencian food, architecture, and history. She’s a real gem!

Me and my fiancé saw this on Booking.com and instantly wanted to try it out on our latest trip.. we had the best time. We met some other solo travellers that we have since connected with online for future trips and had a full night of belly aching laughter. I cannot recommend enough. We are going back later in the year with friends and we will 100% be booking again!

My mother, my sister and I had a tour of old Valencia with Javier. He clearly enjoyed sharing his knowledge of the city with visitors. He answered our questions, told us interesting stories and made it a truly memorable experience. He also gave us some great paella recommendations and suggested other places to eat! All excellent!

The bikes were good with tight break and speed like a scooter10/10 but the seats were 5/10. That made my ass pained for next two days. Please work on your seats.

Great time with friends on a nice Valencia sunset. Be advised, it’s more of a fun time than relaxing time. It’s busy with music and drinking. It is what we wanted, but we were aware it would be this type of setting.
